I am SOOOO happy that I chose this quest location, and this lab to have my titers for work done on a truly tight timeline! The phlebotomist who helped me- my gosh I wish I had asked for her name, because she was absolutely lovely! There was not 50 people sitting in the waiting room like other labs. It’s appointment only I believe which makes it so much easier. There was only 1 other person in the waiting room while I was in there- this was at 9 am on a Saturday morning! I was shocked! But this phlebotomist did the smoothest job of getting my blood within 1 try. Not an easy thing for anyone. She was professional yet personable. Just a wonderful soul! I was so grateful to see my titers done by Sunday morning. I needed them done for my dream job I will now start soon thanks to quest. I paid for these and it was welllllll worth it. This is the best lab I have ever been to!

Love the staff here- they are so kind and compassionate. Yes there was a wait, but like ANY doctor’s office- who tends to patients who don’t do well with appointments- they ran behind. Not a big deal. I don’t want to go anywhere else for bloodwork honestly !!

The Older woman with glasses is always rude to me when I come here. She will give me attitude for no apparent reason when I’m just trying to get my blood test. Last time I had to take a urine test with her she asked me “do you even drink water?” Laughing at me in my face because my urine wasn’t crystal clear at 8am and not in a light hearted way LOL. Today she tried to make me feel stupid when asking what I was here for (ongoing blood tests I’ve been getting for 4 months, no quest location has ever given me a problem) I said I’m here for a blood test for my accutane like I always do (not sure what she wanted me to do, list every single test I needed????) tells me it wasn’t in their system, then it magically was and told me I was telling her something else like I was the dumb one??? idk who knows what she’s thinking.
Then she gave me 3 death stares exactly and one was simply because i asked her to take my blood from my other arm. Last time i come here such an uncomfortable experience with that woman the 2 times I’ve seen her. What a weirdo

The staff at this location is nice, however the actual lab is horrible still waiting for results from my May 20th appointment. This will be my last time at quest

I am a pleasant person and expect to be greeted pleasantly. There were 3 phlebotomists when I was there. One was extremely pleasant and courteous, the other 2 were less than thrilled that they had to see patients. This is making me want to go to LabCorp from now on.

I went to the Brick Quest Diagnostics today for routine blood work, and it was one of the most upsetting medical experiences I’ve ever had. My orders were originally written for LabCorp, which caused some initial confusion—but at this point, Quest staff should know how to handle that. The phlebotomist assigned to me seemed unfamiliar with procedures, repeatedly referencing a different location and ultimately needing to call in someone else for help. It felt like she was covering for someone and didn’t know what to do.
Even though I had an appointment and had uploaded all my documents in advance (minus one script of three which I emailed the final one), I was repeatedly blamed and reprimanded for how my doctors wrote the orders. Some of the tests overlapped, which I understand can be tricky—but instead of calmly navigating that, I was made to feel like a problem. I didn’t feel safe.
During the draw, I told the phlebotomist multiple times that I was starting to faint. Her response was, “We still have more to go.” I passed out while she left the tourniquet on. Only when someone else entered the room did I hear them instruct her to remove it. They scrambled to find ice and water but were clearly unprepared. Despite me pleading for them to stop, they continued to take more blood. I was terrified, crying, and left completely alone afterward—no one checked how I was getting home or if I was okay to leave.
To make matters worse, I overheard the lead phlebotomist telling the one who drew my blood that she used the wrong size needle on me, and that she should’ve used a butterfly needle instead of the larger one she used. That could explain why I fainted in the first place.
The only reason I’m giving any credit here is because of the lead phlebotomist, who eventually took charge. If she hadn’t stepped in, I honestly don’t know what would have happened. But overall, this experience was frightening, unprofessional, and traumatic. I will not be returning.
