Awedul!!! Other than the phlebotomist being nice everything else was a disaster. I showed up for a 1:30 appointment. There were more than 10 people waiting when I got there. I wasn't seeing until 2:20. There was no receptionist and only two phlebotomists for a waiting room filled with people who also had appointments. They had two phlebotomists for all those people waiting and no receptionist. You couldn't ask anyone a question cuz there was no one there to ask. The old man after me didn't know how to use the kiosk and there was no one there to help him. So one of the 10 people waiting there had to help him. I was forced to go there by the life insurance company that I was trying to get a policy with. I use LabCorp and you are in and out in 15 minutes whether you have an appointment or not. Quest is lacking in every area. Disgrace!!!

The staff is great, they do the best they can- but always seem to be 20-30 minutes past the time I pre-booked online days in advance. Maybe they need to space out the time slots more.

The staff is the strongest part of my experience: courteous, professional, and caring. The online system could use some simplification. The entire process steps wasn't apparent. For instance, I wasn't sure until I got there when it was going to ask for a schedule date (it turns out, after payment). Also, on that note, I prefer to be able to at least tentatively select a date and time before I pay, to make sure there is an open time that fits my schedule.

Honestly, I keep forgetting how terrible quest diagnostics is. I have gone to different locations but there exactly the same. 3 out of 5 times I get someone who is rude. And 9 out of 10 times, I come 10 minutes early as they request, yet here I am, again, in the waiting room 40 minutes after after my schedule appointment time. They do not respect your time, and they have plocies which are just inconvenient for the patients. Just notified my doctor that I would like to change where I get my bloodwork done. Absolutely ridiculous.

Appointment or not you better be prepared to sit there for at least an hour after your appointment time before you get called. Totally Unacceptable !

So grateful to my phlebotomy. My script had not come through and she was kind and patient and compassionate and waited for my script to come through. I can't remember her name I was in a bad way yesterday.. Would highly recommend this group at the Brick office.
