My first time at this RiteAid on Burnt Tavern Road. I was amazed how clean it was. The pharmacy assistant was terrific and very helpful. While I was waiting I saw items in store that I was happily surprised to see and actually purchased them (not my intention when I went there).

Clean, shelves are usually stocked well. Sales associates are helpful. Parking is ample. Also, they have handicap parking. They have small shopping carts for when you need more than a few things.

The pharmacist and the entire team are just fantastic. They are very caring people. They make your needs a priority. Urgent prescriptions are filled immediately. They are always willing to listen to your questions and provide great care.

The pharmacist inside is a F****** Pervy weirdo.... my friends and I were looking at "toys" and told us he had a ton of suggestions for that part of the store. A little too sex positive for me

Had to pick up prescription for my wife and do a miscommunication I was unaware of which Rite Aid the prescription was going to end up at. By the time I found out it was this one, I had about a half hour before the pharmacy closed.Once we arrive the pharmacy had already been closed early, and even though we heard associates in the back doing with sounded like throwing boxes around once asked if we could pick up our prescription, we were told No.Even though the pharmacy should have been open for another half hour. Not ok.

The store itself is neat clean and bright. Staff is friendly and positively interactive. They have a lottery machine which is a plus. Pharmacy staff are helpful and friendly. Customers need to take their regular shopping purchases to the cashiers in the front of the store though.... they hold up the wait for prescription pick ups and vaccine appointments!

Go to a real pharmacy. This place is filled with the most stuck up, miserable people, there could be a whole line but they just don’t see you I guess on their little computers. If you want to completely lose your patience and be treated like you’re going in there to beg them for service, this is just the place

This place has gone downhill lately. When rite aid recently gave themselves a makeover they also hired quite a few new people, I've been going here for 10 years and all the problems I've had have been with them since this so called makeover. There are still a few good people there and the top of that list is Laurie she's great and she very personable, she's our favorite employee I wish more of them were like her. On the other side of the spectrum would be Nick he's very condescending and seems to talk down to the customers. Nick seems to think he knows more than the pharmacist and try doctor. The reason we go there is because it's very convenient but it looks like it time to make the move to cvs across the street.

I went to Rite Aid on Van Zile Rd in brick, nj on 9/1121 for a Covid PCR test. Today is 9/17/21 and I STILL have not gotten my results. I called the pharmacist 9/15 requesting my results and he brushed me off by saying to call the lab, they don’t have results. I called the lab and was put into a revolving circle of prompts that took me back to the beginning of the message every time! I sent an email to the lab and have not received a response and now I have no idea if I was/am a carrier. The worst testing site and customer service I’ve ever gotten from a pharmacy!

You've heard the critique that sometimes a doctor needs to work on their bed side manner. Well, here the pharmacist is worthy of that critique. I went there yesterday for a flu shot. I'm not a fan of needles. When I told the pharmacist to not take it personally if I look away while she gives me the shot, she responded by calling me a baby. Simply put I don't like needles. I get the flu shot each year when I need it but I don't like to see it being done. While she gave the flu shot without technical complication, the statement by the pharmacist was a bit rude and insulting and uncalled for. You can have your opinions one way or another but that is not the right way to treats a patient or customer. I normally go across the street to the CVS because they know what they are doing and they treat their customers with courtesy, but on this occasion they were out of the flu vaccine. Little to say I will not return here in the future to deal with this pharmacist.
