Customer service is terrible, store needs better management staff is rude on the phone, and kept me on hold for over 10 minutes to be funny,while I was being respectful and patient. There was no need for attitude. I had to hang up and call again and thankfully Ryan helped me out i called on Christmas even around 3ish and that lady was very rude.

Staff were not helpful and very rude, no greeting upon entering the store and they were not busy. There was also no one at the register awful customer service.

Sephora is one of my favorite places to shop for beauty. The store is clean, well organized, and has a great variety of high-end products. Their perfume section is amazing, featuring a ride range of luxury and designer scents that last all day. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. On your birthday month, you even get a gift if you have an account with them. Overall it's a great place explore, test products, and treat yourself.

This is one of the best seophoras I have been too! Kayla was an absolute sweetheart and really personable. She really went above and beyond to help with all my beauty needs! I will definitely be coming back to this location more often!

Great communication on the phone with an employee at this location! I was having issues paying a Sephora card bill, and she walked me through it patiently and kindly. She was helpful and professional. I jist wished I'd asked for her name to thank her on this review!
The store is wonderful too. Lots of helpful, warm, and knowledgeable staff.

My friend and I came to this location and not 1 person greeted us upon entering. Nor were we asked if any assistance was needed. The store was NOT busy at all during this time. There was an employee that walked passed us a few times and appeared to look away and at her phone if we looked like we needed assistance. I usually don’t leave reviews but it was not a nice feeling to be ignored. We went to next door to Sephora at Kohl’s had a waaaaay better experience. Customer service is extremely important and it starts with just a simple greeting. I will no longer come to this location.

I am a delivery driver, and have been at this location several times. Since I don't know where many items are, I have to ask for help. Every time the employees have been exceptionally polite and helpful to me. I want to especially mention the 03/30/24 at 5 p.m. visit there. The employees, Angelina & Lauren, were excellent in helping me, as well as being very hard working. This also applies to one of the managers, whose name I've forgotten. Great store and staff. And it's always clean.Thank you all for making my job as a delivery driver easier for both my customers & myself.
