Salesman did not tell me adjustable beds are not returnable. Worse bed I ever have had. I wake up everyday in pain and the bed is very uncomfortable. No one will even take it away. I have to pay a trash company hundreds of dollars to get it removed but I can't afford it. Do not buy this bed if you want to sleep. It's a nightmare.

What a great experience we had at our local Sleep Number store. Our salesman Anthony was very personable and made us comfortable right from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable about the different products and features. With his help, we settled on the model that was best for us. The delivery was fast and efficient and arrived at the indicated time. The delivery men were very professional. A great experience all the way! We love our new Smart Bed!

I already owned a Sleep Number bed for 20 years, still going strong. I was looking to replace our coil mattress in the spare room. Wasn't sure I wanted to spend that amount of money this time around.
Anthony at the store in Brick NJ was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, polite made me want to buy from him. Learned some new info about the products. Yes, it's expensive, BUT, it's worth every penny! I'm retired and on a strict budget but with their financing they made it possible.

This sleep number store and its manager Anthony are terrific. We went in on a Friday morning with our young son. Anthony walked us through all of the options, was very patient with us and our son, and helped us pick the right mattress for us. He also checked our account to be sure we got the benefit of discounts from our previous Sleep Number purchases. Strongly recommend the store and really appreciated the assistance from Anthony.

I bought an expensive bed about 4 years ago. I needed to replace mattress under warranty. The mattress arrived and then horrible customer service via phone went on for three days with sleep number. I paid for someone to come set up mattress. They advised that they only come to my area on Wednesday and would have to wait weeks until a Wednesday could work with their schedule. Meanwhile I paid$500 for tech appt and new mattress sitting here until a Wednesday worked for them! I finally in tears called the store where I purchased this bed originally in Brick NJ. Anthony was so kind. Listened to me. And arranged for me to get on the upcoming Wednesday schedule. I cannot thank him enough. The customer service via the sleep number is atrocious. When I paid $190 for tech visit and over $200 for my part of warranty?So total $ 500 on a bed that I already paid thousands for on credit for years! And I am told when I ordered new mattress that they would get someone there but not told it would take 6 weeks I was mislead it would take six weeks!!!
I cannot thank Anthony enough. Without him getting involved I would still be without any help. I paid thousands for this bed. Customer service was horrible and didn’t appreciate me. Anthony was wonderful. He didn’t have to get involved but he did. Thank you Anthony at the Brick NJ store

Kimberly was very knowledgeable and thorough in her description of all of the features of the sleep number beds. We have not received our bed yet but both my husband and I were impressed with how great the side sleeping pillows are! Just like Kimberly said reduced neck pain and tingling in my fingers! Can’t wait to try the bed!

Went into Sleep Number not knowing much about there beds and was pleasantly greeted by Alex. He was very knowledgably and patient. I wish I had purchased one of there beds sooner!! Couldn't be happier. Thanks for all your help Alex!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We paid $4,558.20 in full before the mattress were even brought to the house. The mattress arrived 6/05 but was not used until 6/20 and was sunken in on both sides of the bed by 6/22. I was then shipped a new pump but was told to install myself, my husband was then underneath the bed frame installing the new pump with assistance from customer service on the other line walking him through each step. The new pump that was given still didn't work and then my husband and I were sleeping downstairs on the couch and an air mattress until service call guys came on 7/03 when they told us that they were the only ones who could properly connect the pump to the mattress because the wifi needed to be connected through their system.
That week the app was not registering data. On 7/09, the bed was sunken in again and we programmed both sides of the bed to 100, but a couple hours later, would deflate again. On 7/11, the app reflected that both sides of the mattress were still programmed to 100, despite having a huge ditch on the one side of the bed. Called customer service on 7/12, spoke to 3 people, including Rolanda who continuously spoke over me and patronized me throughout the call. She explained that the issue was with the wifi, even though we have a router directly in front of our bed. She also explained that we can only return the mattress, but $250 pick up fee would be deducted from the refund and the $2,000 base was for final sale. I now have to wait an additional 18 days for the mattress to be picked up on 7/30 and I will only receive the partial refund sometime during the week of 8/05.
This has been one of the worst experiences that my husband and I have been through. And when you do call for a service, they only come out at their own convenience, which could take longer than a weeks time.
Attached are the photos from the faulty mattress, which clearly show how deflated the mattress is. The first 4 photos were taken on 7/03 and the last 4 were taken today, 7/12.

I'm a first time sleep number customer and I had a million questions and concerns, and Alex was beyond kind, patient and helpful during this process. He knows everything there is to know about these beds and ever gently guided me to the perfect bed choice for my needs as someone who has had back troubles for many years. Thank you Alex!
