Ordered print 2 pages of word docs went there two ours after and the lady would not print supposedly she can only print at 3 pm I was there at 1:45 what a joke

I got some last minute prints made for Christmas this year. As someone who also works a production job I understand when last minute orders come in it can be a pain but my prints came out great!! My husband and friend loved them and I really appreciate it. Thanks again guys and I promise next time I won’t do last minute orders! :)

Bought $1300. worth of tech/computer gear today (12/02/23). Problems after purchase included: *Could not fit printer in my car; tech salesman took printer back & said I could come back on Monday with my SUV. *Got home and spent 2 1/2 hrs trying to set up the iPad! Called tech salesman@ 7pm, shared that the screen said " iPad Unavailable. Try again in 1, 5, & 15 min"! I said I wanted to bring it back; he said he was "closing up" (store closes @ 9pm), and to bring it in on Monday. He said he never heard of that screen appearing, though it's all over the internet! The computer I purchased was left @ the store to have software loaded on it; am scheduled to pick it up on Monday. Meanwhile, I have no computer & no working iPad for a couple of days. Never again, Staples!

Great experience in Oct 2023 with Staples. I had a very large shredding project to do & Tom, who I believe works in the Printing service area, was a lifesaver! Tom helped us out, explained everything - really took care of us. I would definitely return to this location for all shredding jobs and highly recommend them. I thought the cost of this project was very reasonable compared to other places I looked into. Tom was Awesome! Thank you!

Tom who works in the printing/copying area was very rude and did not seem like he wanted to help me with my prints. He was cutting banners and asked me to step aside while he continued to cut as if I wasn’t standing in front of him waiting to be serviced. I had a few questions about the printing process as I had never printed at Staples before. It seemed like I was annoying him with each question. He spoke fast and was so busy with his banner project I felt like a bother. A customer should never feel this way! I spoke with a supervisor and told him how I felt after my interaction with Tom, in hopes this wouldn’t happen to any future customers. The store supervisor proceeded to tell me Tom had never received this type of complaint before and made it seem like I was overreacting. The supervisor also told me that Tom was working on an order of about 10 banners. Really??? I was furious!! I will not be returning to Staples the entire staff could use additional training in customer service.

Tom the worker was beyond disrespectful and rude!! Never greeted us as customer just seemed extremely bothered that we had Amazon returns. He never once said how can I help you or a simple hello. You’re supposed to GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS if you want them to come back! Then when i spoke with the manager he seemed to NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER FEEDBACK he instead covered for Tom and said to me he is a nice employee. AFTER I TOLD HIM THAT tom THREW THE PAPER RECEIPT ACROSS TO ME instead of properly handing the receipt to the customer. If you hate your job Tom then go somewhere else DO NOT GET YOIR FRUSTRATION OUT ON CUSTOMERS!

The worst experience I've ever had, Unprofessional children working the print service, Dyed hair women is clueless and incredibly rude. Just because you hate your job doesn't mean you can treat people whatever way you want. Spoke to manager and even then everyone in that place has something against people. Worst store I've ever been too and I'm not normally one to leave reviews as I'm easy going and have worked retail before, however this was absolutely disgusting.

They say "go woke, go broke." When you spell the Brick location in NJ it should be L A M E. Ordered cards Monday morning and they never called to let me know the proof is ready to review. They had me drive there to approve the layout which even a woke Staples employee could figure out. Then the employee told me I have to come back again because it will take all day to make 250 cards. 3 times in and three days to turn = strike three. Called corporate.... let's see what they do about it. The TR store was down and printing units weren't working, so I had to go to the fully woke store in Brick. P A T H E T I C. Don't shop here.

Needed help disposing of some old laptops and they sales folks were so knowledgeable and helpful. Usually find some good sales at this location too.

Not even worth one star . Employees are rude and not helpful @ all . I would not shop there at all other then convenience . Never had a good over all experience . Not a people friendly establishment . I myself would rather pay more for customer satisfaction . They really need to clean house or teach their employees customer relations

14 days you have to return an paper shredder. I bought a 300 dollar shredder for end of the year shredding. Come to find out it’s no better than the 50 dollar one we currently use so I wanted to return it. They consider it technology. Are you kidding me. 14 days. Went to the store and wouldn’t return it. As a biz owner for 23 years and a staples customer for that long. I’ll never spend another penny with them!!!!
