I ordered the drink pictured and this is how it was handed to me (without the straw). The cup is not close to full, and starbucks products are too expensive to be shorting your costumers like this. I would recommend that the DM visits this location to coach all employees on following standards when crafting beverages.

I go there all the time and normally I have 0 problem. Everything is always great... I want today an ordered my usual I just hit previous on my app. Grab the coffee got in the car took a sip. It was not even close to hot.... I ordered it at 12:10 I picked it up at 12:18.I did not ask for room to be left. And there was about at least an inch and a half of room in the top of the cup. About what would it fit in a tall cup.I brought it back in and asked them to heat it up and maybe add more. They made me a fresh one.... I left 7 bucks in the tip cup... Well, it was then so full to the absolute tippy top that when I took the lid off to add sweetner, it spilled all over my hand and at that point it was pretty damn hot.. It hurt my hand and I ended up spelling it in my car. I dumped it out and went to the lakewood store and bought a whole new one. Paid twice.I hate to be a complainer but it's not like the coffee is cheap..

My coffee was delicious and the baristas were so sweet! They made my day with the cute sticker. Protect nice coffee baristas at all costs.

I was first time inside the Starbucks with my mom,and it's was very dirty around tables. The tables were not clean, so much dust on the floor by the windows. So we have to leave soon it's possible.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

This is a nice location the place is clean and the service is fast. I only went there to buy a gift certificate for my nephew. I will not support this business because of their warped woke values. I think that customers should be able to enjoy their coffee without needles and politics.Parking: Drive thru as well.

Honestly I never write a bad review, but I’ve been coming to this location every week. And the last few times I’ve been here I’m always missing topping in my drinks. I mean I’m paying $9 for a drink I would appreciate every topping to be in there.

Staff was friendly, speedy and extremely helpful. Our order was perfect! Definitely going to be going back again in the near future. Phenomenal service!!Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to chocolate and made sure I let them know ahead of time so there wouldn't be any accidental cross/mix from them making my sons mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and everything was clean as a whistle. My caramel Frappuccino came out phenomenal and perfect with no need of benadryl or urgent care.

Horrible we did 15 minutes in the drive-through only to get my order wrong. I ordered a Venti cookies and cream. Frappe and I got a grande then had to sit at the window for another 10 minutes. They’re too busy laughing and playing around horrible will not come back. I had to put a one star it gets 0

Sandwich was burnt to a crisp, it’s not rocket science to heat up something. I just don’t understand how someone could put such a burnt sandwich in a bag and think that’s acceptable. Place messes up a lot. Ill take my hard earned cash somewhere

Horrible execution. Starbucks needs to invest in someone to expedite the orders. No one knows when an order is complete because there are 4 separate teams: hot, cold, food, and register. None speak to each other. Took 30 min from ordering at register to getting final product. Hot drink was cold by the time the final product came out.

Starbucks has a horrible system of operating. The hot side does not communicate with the cold side nor the food side. Everything comes out separate and the customer has to put the order together. They should invest in someone to expedite.

Debbie helped us today and she was very nice. The Starbucks in target pushed me away when I asked about my birthday drink because I was a couple of hours late. At this location they gave me a gift card for a free drink. Made my day. Very nice people at this location and this is why I come here! Thanks for the smile ?
