I did a lot of research when I was looking for new tires for my Tesla Model X. I finally decided to use State Tire in Brick, New Jersey, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the place, and with the professionalism of the staff. I was very happy when I left.

I brought my truck in for a look over before a long trip and Steve and his guys found that my gas tank straps were rotted and need to be replaced by the factory. They saved me a huge headache thank you guys again awesome work!

Got a front end alignment done here. It was a bit pricier than I expected but they did a nice job in a timely manner. Customer service was good

These guys are awesome. They gave me a ride home. The work only took about 2 hours which I am completely satisfied with. The bill was very reasonable and the staff was great. I would highly recommend State Tire!!

Needed a tire patched...they did it quickly and properly....patching it from the inside...not plugging it ..the manager explained it was against the law to plug a tire.

On August 22, 2024 I went to State Tire and had my battery installed. Scott had his mechanic install a Napa Legend Premium 9847 battery. He gave me a receipt for the battery. After looking over the receipt I saw there was no warranty for the battery. I spoke with Scott and he said it doesnt come with a warranty. I asked him how long is the life of the battery and he told me 2 years,
I did some investigating and spoke with Napa customer service. They said their battery has a warranty for 3 years (36 months). I told them the shop I bought my battery from said there was no warranty. They then gave me the number to NAPA Auto Parts - Van Wickle auto supply in Brick. I called them and spoke to Lou and he said he services State Tire for parts and that the battery I purchased comes with a warranty and State Tire needs to give that to me.
Scott lied to me and needs to make things right for this customer and all of his customers!!!
Also I opened my car hood and checked to see that the battery was Napa and found that the cover of the battery case was loose and not installed properly. Also they are supposed to mark the date on the top of the battery which has months and years. They did not do this also.
