The store manager Brendan was there last weekend to help me and my daughter.He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with us to find a solution to our problem.

Great experience today - we were checked in as soon as we walked in, and then even though they were busy we were helped pretty fast afterwards by Allie who answered all our questions, and was very friendly, knowledgeable and had us out very quickly with our new phones and all data successfully transferred!

Never go to this place they are the biggest scammers I've ever seen I can't wait to switch from T-Mobile because of these people at the store they offered $200 per line to switch over from another carrier and that's exactly what I did and never got the money for it

Went in and bought a galaxy 6 watch, no big deal. Why did the salesman not tell me I needed an adapter to charge it? It literally wasn't included and no one told me.I just got off the phone with the store to find out I needed the part and my response was "well, we close in 20 minutes, or you can go to target."Ok friend, I'll go to Target. Only time I've had bad service from tmobile in 12 years....and it's gonna be last. You guys sealed the deal on that one. ?

Mikey B gives 110% to his job and is an AWESOME employee! He made some great recommendations to meet our needs for a new phone and ended up staying a half hour after closing to work with us. Super patient, helpful and willing to answer all our endless questions with a smile. Highly recommend!

DESERVING OF ZERO STARS!!!I love TMobile, however I’d be thrilled to never have to set foot in this store again. The representative that I met with was foul, unfriendly and disengaged; she actually talked me out the purchase I came in to make in the first place. This was an extremely UNPLEASANT experience and I am grateful that it ended quickly!UPDATE: I was invited to send an email to further discuss; I have sent several times, and every time, my email is rejected due to the he mailbox being full. Messages left, however calls are not returned. THS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LOYALTY ELSEWHERE!!
