Self checkout is a nightmare ! Not enough cashiers at registers expect to sit in line. NO ONE ever answers the phone. Associates never seem to be around when you need help. The only associates that I have ever seemed to find helpful are in electronics they seriously need raises ! Other than that don’t waste your time here your better off driving out to a further location.

This is the worst target I’ve ever been to. Thursday night shopping the store has ONE register open and only 2 self checkouts open… There was a 20 minute wait in line just to check out! All that on top of the store looking like a hurricane came through it.
We live 5 mins from this store and choose to drive 15-20 mins away to a better target.

Went inside for a Starbucks and some books, while I’m very happy to get the books I was looking for the Starbucks employee was extremely rude, after asking for some extra milk in my drink and being very rudely told “no” even after saying I’d pay for it she rolled her eyes and continued to be extremely rude. It’s not like I was asking for free product- not the way to talk to people. Maybe get a job that doesn’t include the public.

I understand how hard it has become to find people to work. BUT this place takes that to the extreme. You shouldn't feel like you're being punished for shopping somewhere. This feels that way now. The line to checkout is not worth the couple of pennies you might save shopping here.

TARGET IS SELLING USED REFURBISHED APPLE PRODUCTS AND LISTING THEM AS NEW. Selling them as new products. I purchased an APPLE watch for my husband for Xmas and upon using the watch, it was completely dead, not functioning. Went to return to TARGET who stated it was passed the 14 day return policy on Apple products and to go to the Apple Store. Upon going to the APPLE store and them completing the diagnostics we come to find out it was a USED REFURBISHED WATCH !! They also stated this is not the first time they have seen this from TARGET. After receiving this information (printed out from Apple) I called TARGET CORPORATE who also REFUSED to return the FRAUD product they sold us!!! I now had to contact Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau as well as send a certified letter to Target CEO to make aware of this disgraceful business behavior. so BEWARE !! TARGET HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE SELLING USED PRODUCTS AND REFUSE TO CORRECT THEIR WRONGDOING!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!

The return/exchange process was made difficult and uncomfortable. Never had any issues with other Target stores, but this one’s staff just wanted to argue.

They are perpetually short of baskets. Some people buy quantities exceeding the capacity of two hands but falling short of a full-sized cart. 9 out of 10 times, there is no basket available in this store.

After returning clothes I asked for a refund for clothes and they gave me a giftcard. I said no I wanted a refund to my payment . It took another 8 PHONE CALLS to get my my refund, You have utterly horrible customer service, I will NEVER EVER shop here again. You wasted my time and you are a waste of money. Avoid Target like the plague!

Terrible just terrible. Ordered a pickup order and went yesterday 12/3 to pick it up. Sat in the pickup spot for an hour and 20 minutes. I feel like an idiot for even waiting that long for NOTHING! People that were coming after me were getting helped. As if that wasn't bad enough I went back today on my hour lunch and waited exactly 30 minutes before I was completely done. No one came to help me. Meanwhile when I arrived I was one of two cars. They were not busy outside. They helped the other car and everyone after me but not me. Utter BS. Canceling and never ordering from here again. Plain cruel.

I went there the last 2 days to try and get milk that was supposedly in stock. Not on the shelf no problem but trying to find someone to help you is impossible. Had one person tell me someone was coming after 15 minutes of watching multiple people pass me i left. Seems like the store is more worried about online orders instead of dealing with customers hands on. It's a disgrace I worked for target before and it was never like this

This place has really gone downhill fast. Not sure if they are redoing protocols or staff but there are carts overflowing everywhere or extra goods that frankly don't look salvageable. Plus all the returns get stacked on the floor on top of one another breaking and falling on staff. They got rid of curbside pickup. So now you have to go to the front of the store and wait in returns line to be scanned. Then wait 30min since all of the pick up items are all the way back in dry dock, so it takes forever to print out each list and pick each of them up and then bring them all the way back to the front. Just skip that and go buy the item. Tons of people just did that after waiting and weren't in the 1st order. But problem is it states you picked it up right after scanning, so you are kind of stuck waiting anyway.
Definitely don't blame the poor workers; this is all a management issue.

I ordered a item online Told it was ready for pickup ,went to the store it took 2 HOURS for them to bring it to me. There was plenty of staff but only 1 person getting the orders ( there were many people waiting as long as me) VERY BAD MANAGEMENT
