I was here for about a month and I asked for information to open a new account, they told me that with my passport and another ID I came back and now that the ID is no good, it has to be a driver's license or a motor and vehicle ID, a waste of time.

Terrible place to bank at. They will have 2 tellers for a line of 20 people, and the managers wont even come see why the line isnt moving.

Slowest customer service, I have been waiting 30 mins to get a debit card replaced. No one checks on you or tells you how it will be. Save yourself the aggravation unless you have time tokill, don't come to this branch.

This is NOT about the branch. It's about their on line service. HORRIBLE. It took me 2 hours to get a live human. I had to enter my cc number 20 times INCORRECTLY to get a person. When i did it was a waste of my time. Personally if i had checking savings account with them I'd change banks. Shame on them

Nearly every time we go here; both ATMs are down. Week after week after week. It is very tiring. Starting to think about changing banks.

Not sure if it’s this branch or TD Bank in general, but it’s time to move on. Horrible service and ridiculous policies. NO, I should not be forced to use my debit card to make a deposit. Going to move everything to Wells Fargo before the end of the month.

My son and I just visited TD Bank (Cedar Bridge Ave. branch) regarding a problem with my son's debit card. We were lucky enough to have Asmar help us out. It is rare to find anyone nowadays, who is willing to spend the extra time to solve a customer service issue. However, Asmar was a breath of fresh air! Not only did he solve our dilemma but he was patient and kind in the process. Thank you Asmar and thank you TD Bank ... THIS is what customer service is all about!

Card won't swipe to let me use ATM at Bayville branch. I've reported it several times. They know,but don't care. They say it's a glitch in the card reader on the door. It's cost me money...
