The Max Challenge of Brick is a 10-week fitness program for all levels, described as a perfect place with a family-like feel. It offers a unique mix of cardio, strength, and kickboxing training in 45-minute classes that change daily, Monday through Friday, with on-demand classes available 24/7. Modifications and lower-impact variations are provided so everyone from beginners to athletes and those recovering from injury can have an amazing experience in a safe, sanitized environment. Comprehensive nutrition plan and goal-setting support are part of this all-inclusive challenge. Members and trainers push each other in a supportive atmosphere, creating a fun environment with great music. The program is effective for all ages, helping with getting back into shape, losing pounds, and becoming more toned and flexible. The max challenge has been an incredible experience - I feel such a difference physically since starting. The instructors give great guidance. The mix of different classes make each week and workout something to look forward to. I highly recommend!

This place right here ….. made me find myself again! These trainers and the work outs are no joke! I love everything about this place! If you haven’t been then you should go! I needed help getting this fluffy body back into shape after having a baby! And now I am addicted! Thanks guys
