Customers can also rent shipping boxes, moving supplies and U‑Box containers through online reservation. At the Brick, NJ location, the employee was professional and courteous, helping customers quickly and efficiently get a rental van and explaining the amazing after‑hours feature. The return was easy and the service was excellent. The site attached to a gas station has lots of trucks and reasonable prices, but some find the process unorganized because all paperwork is done on a tablet or phone.

The location is within walking distance so it made it easy to pick up and drop off. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I picked it up, in and out in 10 min. Truck was clean ran fine and got the job done.
