At the Brick, NJ location, the employee was professional and courteous, helping customers quickly and efficiently get a rental van and explaining the amazing after‑hours feature. The return was easy and the service was excellent. The site attached to a gas station has lots of trucks and reasonable prices, but some find the process unorganized because all paperwork is done on a tablet or phone.
The location is within walking distance so it made it easy to pick up and drop off. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I picked it up, in and out in 10 min. Truck was clean ran fine and got the job done.

This is attached to a gas station and there are lots of trucks available. Seemed a little unorganized and I don't like the fact that everything by the agent is done on a tablet/phone, so no paperwork in hand. Otherwise, it's a place to rent a truck with reasonable prices.
