I placed order online. I went in to pickup, did NOT want. I purchased something else. 2 front end people said DON'T WORRY, if you don't pick up it's canceled. Order was not canceled. IT SHOWS PICKED UP.

Kat is an amazingly talented artist and she understands hair. I needed serious help (my last hairdresser butchered me as you can see) and she came through exceeding my expectations. And the price is really reasonable. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Kat for all your help!!

I booked this appointment the day before and was called only an hour and a half before it to be told that the website had overbooked and I’d need to reschedule. That is completely unacceptable. I had an important interview the next day and scheduled this appointment immediately after finding out, specifically to prepare for it. Your lack of organization wasted my time and left me scrambling. I will not be returning.

I had an amazing experience getting a keratin treatment with Jillian at Brick Plaza! She was incredibly informative and patient, taking the time to walk me through the entire process and answer all my questions. I really appreciated how honest and transparent she was about what’s safe and healthy for my hair—she never pushed anything unnecessary, just what was truly best for me. You can tell she’s an expert, especially when it comes to guiding you on how to take care of your hair after the treatment. I left feeling confident and cared for. Highly recommend Jillian if you’re looking for someone who really knows their stuff and genuinely cares about your hair health!

This store Allows stolen credit card info to be used and picked up by someone that doesn't have the card on their person,showed them a different id....horrible...will be pressing charges against this company and the person committing fraud.

Got my hair colored and cut by Natalie P and she is seriously the best!! She truly knows how to cut curly hair better than anyone I’ve ever gone to. Plus the color was exactly what I wanted. She also styles it amazingly. I will also be going back to her for makeup in the future as she also does that!!

Told the lady at the front desk that I would be late and I gave a courtesy call and then she told me that I couldn’t be more than five minutes late when there was an accident and traffic which is really crazy to me. Very poor management.

I had an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty’s hair salon! Kat was my stylist, and she did an incredible job with my haircut. She listened to exactly what I wanted, offered great advice, and answered any questions I had. My hair looks and feels fantastic! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Kat if you’re looking for a skilled and friendly stylist!

Recently I tried to highlight my own hair and I made a mess of it. Jillian H was recommended to me. I called and she got me in the same day. She saved me. I left Ulta with beautiful highlights! She was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I got my hair done with Jill a little while ago and it was FANTASTIC💜. Here’s how it went down: I asked Jill if I could do a red that wasn’t to striking. When I consulted with her she told me how it was going to go down. She told me that because my hair is too dark, it was going to be a process but she said it was possible. She didn’t sugar coat anything, which I think was great, and told me how to maintain my hair after I got it done. Ladies and gentlemen, let me tell you something.. it turned out sooo GOOD! I went home and my boyfriend even noticed my hair. He took me out dinner and consistently complimented my hair! Let’s just say that overall, working with Jill and the other associates was super great, as they were also super friendly and even helped Jill out! I love the teamwork in the store can’t wait to come back soon! Here was my hair!

horrible, last time i’ll ever go to this ulta for my hair. I called and made an appointment around christmas time.. it had been 2-3 years since I had my hair colored.. it was almost full virgin hair. When I called I asked for a an experienced stylist due to the length of my hair ( at my hips ). I was given Jillian. Come to find out she was VERY new at coloring, cutting. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and went in with an open mind. I wanted to have a balayage with blonde on the bottom. We pick out colors, start and she foils the THE ENTIRE TOP HALF of my head and leaves the ends untouched. I figure trust the process, as she is checking over my head she proceeds to tell me I should cut 3-4 inches off.. thank god I didn’t listen to her. We finish my hair is half wet, she rushed, took two photos and I was out the door. I feel like I barely got to even look at my hair. I had to rush to work right after and that is when I finally look in the mirror. She completely BLEACHED the top half of my virgin hair and left my ends orange. It looked Horrible. This is why she “suggested” I CHOP OFF 4 inches OF MY HAIR, to hide HER SCREW UP. I immediately call the salon and go in Sunday morning to have it fixed. As the manager was looking through my hair the assistants were saying “oh my god”, “oh no”. I was so embarrassed. The ONLY WAY they could fix my hair was to color it completely black and than charge me for the service. My hair is destroyed thanks to Jillian. I have broken pieces all over my head, it’s so discolored and dry. I will never let any of those hair dressers touch my head again and I highly suggest you don’t let them either. I called corporate, sent them photos.. it has been 3 months and not one follow up back, not a dollar refunded. So I am finally taking this to social media and leaving a review. I tried to be patient and understanding but the damage they have caused, the embarrassment and the loss of confidence I have because of this experience.. nobody should ever go through. The neglect from ULTA is disgraceful. How much money I spent in that store, three months and not even a response from a team member. Save your money and find an EXPERIENCED, HIGH QUALITY stylist. Don’t make the mistake I did. I am to embarrassed to even show follow ups of where my hair is at currently. Shame on this corporation.
