I appreciated how they did not act like a typical car salesmen. They were not pushy in anyway. They gave me space to check out the vehicle alone without them hovering overtop of me the entire time like most others do, but also made themselves available to answer any questions I had.
I came from PA and they were very informative on how to complete the transaction and what would be involved regarding registration, inspection, etc. They were fair on price and I was able to be in-and-out in probably about 1 hour total.
