Waited an hour and a half to find out the didn't hold the phone I came for and then tried to change my plan without me wanting too. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in sea girt. Will not be coming back to this location.

Upgraded my phone online, set up pick up and trade in at this store, walked in and waited 25 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, then when the associate looked up my account she told me I was not on the account because My middle name is used on the account and not my first as on my id…(been they way for 30+years) she then had to get manager approval to make the trade..she asked what I needed, I told her I was trading in my old phone, she never asked if I had a new one or if I needed a new phone, just quickly proceeded to erase my phone and say you are all done.. I then asked her about my new phone and she looked confused… again went in the back and found the phone I ordered, handed me the bag and said have a good day… so I left got home and started setting up the phone, and was asked for passwords that had not used and were saved in my old phone and were now gone… when I immediately returned to store 1 st guy said theycharge $30
For data transfer help.. I chuckled, then another guy came out and took a look, apparently I am on Verizon review since I could not remember my never used password.that was saved on my old phone and was told that “usually” people bring in a trade in after they set up
Their new phone… These people have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen… even worse than the online. Instead of qualifying the customers needs they assume everyone needs the same thing, also they need to learn the difference between trade in and turn in…

Sorry! Still having an issue that began early May. Have spoken to many at Verizon. Most are sincere in their wishes to help with this on going problem. I do want to point out that this is an ongoing prolem for many and maybe needs to have outside folks looking into our problem

Friendly staff, quick service, sometimes defer to online customer service, which is okay....but awful connectivity in the actual store which is ironic. Overall, a decent experience.

05/14/2024: Visited the Verizon Store on RT70 due to a problem with my Iphone. I met with Scott who listened attentively and proceeded to correct the problem.

Diana is extremely rude. I see there have been quite a few reviews with people experiencing similar issues with her. Verizon should have her replaced so that customers can feel comfortable walking in and not be treated nastily.

The men at the Verizon store in Point Pleasant NJ were hostile & rude. They, especially the "asst manager" treated me so poorly, I couldn't get out of there more quickly.
