Had to get my septum repeirced after just getting it done because the owner cared more about complaining about an old employee instead of paying attention to his tools and used a bent clamp (claims it was the ex employees fault) and didn’t even compensate or seem apologetic rude staff bad interaction wouldn’t recommend (was charged 90$ btw) don’t even get anything to take care of the piercing with either

Got a few piercings here, the piercer was knowledgeable and chill, place was extremely clean and professional 10/10 recommend and am definitely coming back for the rest of my piercings

If I could leave this establishment no stars I would. I went in to get a piercing from here from the guy his name is Fred or Fredrick But what made my jaw drop was what I saw in his booth a meth pipe I believe touching jewelry he put on clients . Please be safe folks very unsanitary . ALSO looks like possible homelessness With how how messy in the amount of clothes and a blow up bed being hidden . I DO NOT RECOMMEND Card readers always constantly down only cash sales.I say something shady is going on..

I called today to ask if I could schedule an appointment to get my nose ring swapped out, since this is the place where I got my original piercing. I was told to come by any time today, so I did. However, I felt extremely uncomfortable while I was there. The guy who was doing tattoos and piercings, who I believe is the same gentleman I spoke to on the phone, was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. This is unfortunate because my first experience here was great, but I won’t be coming back.

I called to make an appointment at 8pm. When I arrived, they were closed. The manager saw me at the front door and instead of answering and telling me they closed, he ran in the backroom and never came back out like he's scared or something. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend.

I went in for a septum piercing and I was super nervous, but everything went so well. Fred is the best, he did the piercing quick and it was not painful at all! He was also super chill, definitely will be coming back! :)

I called the store to ask if I could buy a second skin. The lady told me that they would sell it to me. When I arrived the answer was that they had run out of them and if that was the case the tattoo shop was not able to get tattoos done.

went in for a piercing today. Fred was the best! He made me feel so comfortable while I was super nervous about the piercing experience. I will without a doubt be going back for my future piercings and definitely recommend him!

This place is great! I got my second lobes done a few months ago, and it was a great experience. There are many negative reviews on here, but I had an extremely positive experience and will be back soon!

Best tattoo experience. Thank you so much, Bobby!! I love this tattoo😁 Also the front desk girl I don't remember her name but I was getting nervous and she calmed me down, all the staff were very friendly. I'll be back in NJ soon and I'll be getting another tattoo and one finished.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I had an appointment to have my daughter’s ears pierced and I was incredibly disappointed with how things turned out. When I arrived, the piercer was not there for my appointment time. Instead of receiving any apology or assistance, the staff and soon to be new owner was unfriendly, unapologetic and seemed completely unconcerned about my situation. They claimed to know nothing about my appointment and only offered for me to wait an hour. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.
