A rude employee in the pharmacy department named Linda gave me attitude the other day after the store messed up a prescription. She had the personality of an evil robot. I mean, saying this woman lacked empathy is the understatement of the century! Where is all the good help these days? Is it really that hard to hire good, qualified employees?

The Staff and the Pharmacist at the Brick ,NJ rt88 location are Super. So helpful and friendly...I can say it was a Great visit getting my vaccines and Perscriptions.

Where do we begin the pharmacist is totally incompetent she but in my script no numerous times which caused my insurance company to reject it because it was showing up as filled they told us to have my doctor call my insurance company this pharmacist needs to learn what her jobs b is
This Walgreens is under the same deal that it is the doctor responsibility to call people insurance company I have pad which is a state run insurance I have spoken to there pharmacist and to teach the Walgreens pharmacist in brick nj this is how it works the doctor writes the script then it is up to the pharmacy to call the insurance companies not me the patient not the doctor but you the pharmacist job learn it
Only took me from March 1st to March 15th get my synthroid medicine which is for my thyroid which if she is a pharmacist that actually graduated from school would know that it is for the main system that runs the rest of your organs
She screwed up and I had to put up with her just staring with a blank look at me meanwhile while i was there 5 people I counted 5 people coming in because they got a text that their scripts were ready but they were told we don’t have them what are they doing ?????
Totally incompetent maybe she could stack the shelves because she is no pharmacist
Looking for a different pharmacy and they wonder why they are going out if business

This pharmacy is busy but attentive informative and very helpful and quick as humanly possible. When your turn comes they go out of their way to secure bestt possible answers.

Now, usually, I would give the pharmacy a very bad review, however, because of the young girl, Jessica, and a very nice woman that I believe in Spanish, I could be wrong, who helped me and would not stop until United healthcare did their job to get my asthma medicine in check properly because they could not do their job, I gotta thank both of them.

I have been a loyal customer of this walgreens for 7 years and countless at the one across town before I moved. Never had any problems getting mine and my family's medications. There were little problems here and there but the pharmacist would always rectify the situation and make sure I was satisfied. Now I'm having problems nearly every time I go to pick up my medicine. It's gotten so bad that my doctor is even flabbergasted at the problems I'm facing. Not to mention the extra work it puts on my doctors plate because a pharmacy can't seem to operate correctly. My wife and I are looking for a new pharmacy, You know those businesses that fill prescriptions. We can't seem to get that done here even though they advertise those services. Just sad

I wanted to get a Covid test, I followed the instructions on the email that was sent to me from me setting up an online appointment.This was where I was sent as I am local. Ashley demanded that I have a mask yet would not provide one, clearly it says on the email chain that it would be provided if I do not have one. Ashleythe pharmacist said that I need a mask for her protection yet if she truly cared you can put one on. It’s Christmas season and you want me buy a 15$ box when it said it could be provided ? What kind of pharmacy can’t provide an extra mask and follow the Walgreens email chain.I said to her that it’s a request since I am not show signs of symptoms. She said if you deny the request I will not see you today. Isaid that’s insane. All of a sudden she pulls out a mask under her desk. What a total joke.

I have to say pharmacy assistant Jessica K went above and beyond in assisting me to get an incredible discount on extremely expensive medications. This was so very helpful since I do not have medication insurance. You don't get service like this, Can't thank her enough!

If I could give zero stars… I would. I have never been treated this way by anyone working in customer service. John one of the pharmacy technicians was extremely unprofessional and rude. They were out of my sons prescription when I arrived at the pharmacy. I had asked John if he would be able to look at other walgreens in order to see if they have it in stock since it’s on back order. He immediately shot me down by explaining that “it’s on back order so pretty much nobody has it” and I explained again would you be able to check. He told me he couldn’t do that and I can call around and see if they have it in stock. I told him that any other walgreens has been able to look it up in the past and im sure there’s something he can do. To which he responds “ No actually there isn’t anything that i can do” with a nasty attitude. My child needs his medication to breathe and this is the response that I get. I leave the store frustrated and called another walgreens to have it transferred. The first walgreens I called had it… shocker since John told me that they pretty much all don’t have it. I then get a phone call from John who told me that he called and got it transferred while I was in the middle of transferring it. To where I did ask him why he told me he wouldn’t check for me. He told me he “ never said that he wouldn’t check” I guess i’m just a liar now. John then proceeded to hang up on me when I expressed that he didn’t. His response to his manager was “ I hung up cause she wanted to argue with me”. Not once did he apologize for being rude. The manager on staff could care less what happened. She did absolutely nothing to diffuse the issue. I’m so unhappy with this location that I can’t picture myself ever going again. Even if it was the only walgreens open, I wouldn’t go. Need to train your staff better.
