I never had a problem in the store matter of fact I went to 3 Burlington's and walked out with a few items in all three the burlington's had no shorts at all I walked in walmart and I bought two pair of shorts but they had a decent about of them. I wanted some pants too and I ended up with two also I believe and one hoodie and three pair of leggings and two long sleeve tops and three short sleeve tops so I did definitely but at walmart my all issue is that when you call the store it rings away no matter what time of day.

I like Walmart but this one associate (SueT) in the pharmacy department is to much. It's like she always have attitude never pleasant when she interacts with customers. It's like the customers are inconveniencing her to do her profession if your unhappy working in this store find another job. I know everyone have a bad day but every time your at work that's the image she's portraying. I will wait for anyone else . Every other associate is always pleasant and seems to like working in the pharmacy department.

Don't waste your time unless you want to fill your cart and than be told by the management and kala that they can't price plants. Does that make any sense?!!!! Update managers name is Danielle. Ohhh andddd the doors that lead to the outdoor garden BY LAW have to remain open for safety reasons. Well it was unlocked it said if the doors don't open pull ... I pulled they did not open. FIRE HAZARD. It states above the door "If this building has any occupants doors must remain open". Well they were not open and when I pulled them they did not open. So #code #enforcement #firesafety #realfirehazard #bricktownshipcodeinspectors #fireinspectors?! If it's been addressed after this review you should check the footage at around 945-10pm Friday April 14 2023 and watch me struggle there are cameras on the door.... I'm sure this will be handled with due diligence.... And now as I'm posting this I'm back at this location against my will.

Literally the worst store i've ever been to. Good luck if you need help from an employee trying to get anyone to answer the phone. Also, if you order groceries trough them there's only like a 20% you will actually recieve your order and if its after 3 I can promise you that you won't. Just awful. Should be shut down

I truely hate to complain..but I needed help getting temporary Kiss nails for your hands..They are under lock and key and you need to find someone that can help..the whole time I heard employees complainging about how they were treated nad their dissafatication about how they were treated..I did not need to hear this at 7AM..a person came a few minutes later..complained that I was asking too much..when I got what I needed walked away and yelled THANK YOU!!..very obnoxious!!..and muttered something to another co-worker..not alll employees are rude like this in this store..but it only takes 1 not to want to come back..either pay your employees more money..or retrain them You need to take al lesson from Trader Joe's... there employees are very happy..and P.S. I was treated very nice by the employees from the Neptune, N. J. store!!

My only down fall is that they don't have Apple Pay. Sucks! We had to leave. But if you're paying cash or card you're good.

If you can't find it at Walmart, it doesn't exist! Well there are some items that aren't available but I find a lot of things there.

I can't believe that this Walmart has doors locked. People are wearing masks. I had to watch several people leave without purchases because they were not able to walk the long distance this General Manager has imposed on their customers. I always shop at Walmart but I will not come back to this Walmart until their management cares about all people.

Rosemarie piserchia needs to make a appt at the brick, nj store for a covid vaccine.. I was there several times and they asked me to call.. so I called and I still do not have a appt at the brick Walmart. I am 75 going on 76 live in brick and I am a daily customer at walmart.. . call me 732 202 9782 cell 201 401 3118.. something is not right.. I was there and theu were admimistering shots.. I had to call from my car and I did.. so now they said call back next week.. that.s bullshit.

This Walmart is massive. It could be just me, but I felt like this store was set up differently from many of the other Walmarts I've been to. The aisle is very spacious. Two individuals can wall pass each other and not even touch. They were also very organized for being a superstore. In addition, they also had so many items that I have never seen at my Walmart. I will have to visit again when I have more time to walk the entire store. Bonus all the staff were so nice and helpful

Not sure why this Walmart has such a low ratings on Yelp! I've been to plenty of other stores and this Walmart is definitely a standout for good reasons. The aisles were wide making it easy to browse the store. They had a many products and varieties in products that I have not seen at other stores. I asked 2 store representatives for help with items and received a great hospitable and welcoming response. The parking lot is very big and well maintained.

I had an issue with receiving an item from another store that was covered in mold, twice. Eric in pick up at this location was so sweet and helpful! He deserves a raise!

Terrible. Their in store pick up is a headache and a half. Ordered a TV and wall mount online for in store pickup on Monday. Got a confirmation email and it said to wait for another one confirming the items were ready to be picked up. Also signed up for text alerts. On Tuesday I got an email saying my order was delayed and not to head to the store yet. This was not unusual as it was right after Black Friday. The week goes by and nothing - no emails or texts confirming my order is ready. On Sunday morning I receive an email stating that my items were never picked up in time so my order was cancelled and refunded. After calling the Brick store multiple times (and being hung up on once) I finally got connected with someone at pickup, who simply told me they probably never had it to begin with and there was nothing they could do. Abysmal customer service with a side of dysfunction! I'm so disappointed in Walmart. Going to spend my $ elsewhere

The worst Walmart in existence they treat people like garbage I've been on hold with calling multiple times over 6.5 hours they treat people like they are worthless they don't respect return policy's I've ordered groceries delivery and it's been 6 and a half hours after the delivery window and it's still not here you should try to go to any Walmart instead of this one avoid it.
