I am taking my prescriptions elsewhere. The store associates , in general are not the friendliest people in the world. Enough said

The lines tend to be long but they move the lines quickly and are pretty fast with filling scripts which is impressive with the amount of customers they get. Most of the employees are very nice and helpful. I understand it can be a stressful job but they all seem to always handle it very well. Ive gone to lost of other pharmacies and was very pleaseantly surprised and happy with the service and the timing considering how busy they get compared to a lot of other pharmacies

I want to thank Jennifer for going above and beyond in helping me last Friday. The pharmacy was short staffed and the line was long. She was pleasant and professional. All the people in the pharmacy were hustling. It would help if management would provide an adequate level of staff

This pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The pharmacy techs are the rudest and most disrespectful people at any establishment I’ve ever visited. I have been an every day Walmart shopper for over ten years. I’m literally there at least five times a week! I even had their pharmacy as my pharmacy. After a year of such bad and rude service at the pharmacy and the store itself as well, I decided to leave Walmart for good. I dread standing in line to get my prescription due to the red headed woman with the miserable look on her face. She is rude and yells at patients. Even the elderly! I almost lost it on her once when she was rude to an elderly gentlemen getting his prescription before me. She needs to get fired! She is one of the biggest reasons I left the Walmart.

Typically a good experience. However you definitely know when they are having a rough day and have an attitude. I would not want to work inside a Walmart either so I understand

This morning, May 27, I was waiting for closet to one HOUR at curbside pickup at your pharmacy. Had the displeasure of dealing with Suzanne. Let me tell you, she's just plain awful. She gave me the 3 Rd degree because I was not wearing a mask. The car window was open only about 3 inches. Why can't you people remind customers to wear a mask at the drive thru? I might request to have my scripts mailed to me from now on or find another pharmacy. And maybe shop for my goods at Target or elsewhere. Get rid of Suzanne PLEASE! For your customer's sakes!

There are no signs to tell you you must go to drop off desk to load a new prescription card. You pay at pickup window but they are useless. Do you have to go back and forth each time going to end of the line

Closed the pickup window in our faces two minutes before their “lunch” begins. Why doesn’t their website spell out that there is a lunch hour break. Wasted trip❗️

The Walmart pharmacy has provided satisfactory service for the past 6 months in providing my dog's insulin and needles which sustains her quality of life, as she is very old and has severe diabetes. However, today I was extremely upset with the service of one of Walmart's pharmacist techs, Lisa.

The Walmart pharmacy has provided satisfactory service for the past 6 months in providing my dog's insulin and needles which sustains her quality of life, as she is very old and has severe diabetes. However, today I was extremely upset with the service of one of Walmart's pharmacist techs, Lisa. When my mom and I walked up to the pharmacy, Lisa abruptly told us that the pharmacy was closed from 1:30 to 2:00, with a rude and unclear tone as she was swiftly walking away from the counter. My mom (who is hard of hearing) did not comprehend this quick enough for Lisa who again rudely repeated herself and was already leaving the pharmacy area. My mom looked at her watch. It was 1:29, she had a bit of a strenuous morning, and just needed to pick up our dogs prescription. I understood that the lunch break from 1:30pm-2:00pm is a rule of the pharmacy, after seeing a small sign a distance away from the pick up counter. What I did not understand or accept was Lisa's attitude and tone of voice to us. After waiting half an hour in the Walmart parking lot, which was hectic and busy, my mom and I walked in the 90° heat back into the pharmacy. A very nice pharmacy tech named JoAnn took care of us, while Lisa was getting mad at an elderly lady next to us. In my opinion, Lisa could use some customer service training to make the Brick Walmart Pharmacy a great place.

I don't understand the point of having 1 register open when you just put in all these new self check outs?

This is for the Route 88 Location in general... They are a completely incompetent cast of clowns. My recent visit included such hits as: "my line's closed" (after I was in it for 10 minutes with her light still on) and the very limited bread aisle. The highlight of my trip was my experience departing this "five star" facility. I got accosted by security at the exit checking receipts... I promptly alerted her to a woman with a cart who passed without the gestapo inspection, and her response was; "she's fine, only bags". This woman clearly is overqualified and belongs at the TSA!!! I suggest headed to Target down the road if you need an item right now or just buy a cheaper, better quality item from Amazon and have it tomorrow...
