The manager BRYAN was very unhelpful and pompous. Our young daughter received a bicycle as a gift but it was the wrong size. We called Walmart customer service to see what our options were and they advised we return it to a local store for credit. We tried to do just that at the Brick location but the manager BRYAN said he would not accept gifts over $50 and he wouldn't make an exception even though it rang up in their system and was in original packaging. We called back Walmart CS and they wound up crediting our online account $128 for the bike, told us to keep it (which was crazy) and gave us a $15 courtesy credit for the inconvenience. So good job BRYAN, instead of helping out a local customer and retrieving your inventory, you cost your company $140. Now we will donate the bike to a local charity.

I have mixed feelings about Walmart. While I appreciate the store, the overall atmosphere can be disheartening, with employees often appearing unhappy. It's important for anyone dissatisfied with their job to consider seeking opportunities that better align with their interests and happiness. For example, the attitude of the big lady preparing the rotisserie chicken suggests a lack of enthusiasm for the role. It's a reminder that if you're not content with your current situation, it's worth exploring changes that could lead to a more fulfilling life.

I picked up lots of cool craft stuff for making vision boards with friends next week. The crowd at night is creepy.

Tried Walmart plus for the first time. Had to tip the driver placing the order. Not a huge surprise but annoying when it's advertised as a free delivery service.First a notification that the delivery would be late. Then a notification that it would arrive later. Then a notification it was cancelled because the driver couldn't make the delivery and it would be returned to the store. Having been out in traffic while my family awaited the order at home, there was no accident or construction that should have prevented the delivery completely. I called the store that rang off the hook in the delivery department to the point the line went dead. I did that again. Same result. I tried their operator, same result. I used their chat to connect to an online center contact person. They are sending me a 25 dollar credit I can use ON MY NEXT ONLINE ORDER. I need to shop for groceries tonight, so an online order is of no use. I have Zero faith that a store that can't pick up a phone could possibly deliver my order. What a completely ridiculous experience.

I never had a problem in the store matter of fact I went to 3 Burlington's and walked out with a few items in all three the burlington's had no shorts at all I walked in walmart and I bought two pair of shorts but they had a decent about of them. I wanted some pants too and I ended up with two also I believe and one hoodie and three pair of leggings and two long sleeve tops and three short sleeve tops so I did definitely but at walmart my all issue is that when you call the store it rings away no matter what time of day.

Brian the front end manager is a mess.Brian obviously doesn’t care about his appearance. Just his appearance makes the Brick Walmart look bad. Today 1/29/24 Brian looked like he has not showered, brushed his hair or washed his clothes for days.On top of that when I got into the 1 and only line that was open I was the 7th person in line and there were another 6 people behind myself. Another employee opened 2 other lines and of course the 6 people behind me went to the newly opened lanes as well as many others that ran to the newly opened lanes. I stayed in my line since it was stupid to be 7th in another line. I then saw Brian doing nothing in his filthy clothes and filthy unkempt appearance. I spent another 10 minutes in line while the people behind me were able to check out and be long gone because Brian didn’t care about making sure that the people who were already waiting got priority. In my opinion Brian is a poor representative of Walmart Brick and brings down the credibility of the store and other employees.

Pretty nice Walmart with a wide variety of things and easy to navigate around the store to find the things you need. The self checkout was also very quick and efficient too. Will be back again.
