Awful I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and it was soaked in butter it was so much butter that the bag was dripping took a bite it was salty and saugy the lady who made it needs to be trained a little more worst bagel I ever had

I go to this store often, and today I went by Uber. I needed coffee and pretzels to get me through a terrible day. When I got there the computers weren't working and I couldn't order!! I literally cried. I explained my situation to them. The cashier empathized with me, the manager figured out how to ring it up, and the coffee lady made my coffees perfectly. i can't imagine better service than that! Thank you for making my day so much better ❤️

I came in with my infant and ordered some food and got a few drinks and when I went to go pick it up from the food counter, the guy refused to give me a bag and told me he had no bags, although they were bags sitting right there. I guess it’s store policy that you’re not allowed to give bags to customers unless it’s a to go order but clearly I can’t carry all of that with an infant in my arms. Very unprofessional and rude

Stopped for gas at 5:00 pm. 3 lanes of pumps and
All 3 employees sat in booth with their heads down looking at their phones. I waited about 40 seconds. The guy in front of me had to get out of his vehicle to take the nozzle out of his car himself.

Everytime I order from this wawa, something is wrong. From the wrong sized red bull, to the latest at 11:19am a burrito bowl filled with liquid and drained 3 times.

I stop every morning on my route to work, unfortunately this is the umpteenth time food was made incorrectly...to go to work for 11 hours, to then getting hungry, to get ready to eat my lunch, and find out is was made wrong, is so disappointing. If the deli is drowning in orders, please help them...time over accuracy everytime. Everyone is wonderful, but Deli needs help. To the girl behinde the coffee counter, rude lair and a lazy worker.( we are out of dome lids) even tho im stairing right at them, but i cant have them cuz im not the doordasher kimd, 🙄 i asked 2 times for a dome lid even pointing at them behide the food counter and she was nastyand rolled her eyes, ........ im here everyday, 5 times a day, getting a cup of coffee and never, once was I ever told I can't have a dome lid because I'm not a doordasher seriously Wawa, hire people with better brain cells. Its not that hard to do the bare minimuim
