I have been a WF customer since 1977 and this is the first time I have written a review and its not a good one. I will carry this complaint to Corporate and then I will change banks! I came to the Brick office today purposefully to do a POD on my accounts and a small withdrawal. I was the only one in the teller lobby. Amanda was just finishing up with another customer while I was waited on by a gentleman. He apparently seem to be very inexperienced and kept asking Amanda for guidance. Not once did she get out of her post to assist him. She seemed to be annoyed at him as well as at me. He was in the process of making me an appointment for next week but kept having a problem. Another female associate came up talking to Amanda about the shirt she was wearing and I told her why I was there and she suggested to Amanda to help me it but she flat out refused. I ended up walking out because it was obvious no one wanted to help me. Now, I can see why Wells Fargo has so many problems and bad reviews. I am very upset and will continue this complaint to your Corporate offices! Keep in mind, there are better way to treat senior citizens, especially ones who have been a customer since the 1970s

Regardless of day of the week or time of day, there is ONLY ever one single associate working the front counter. After two years of coming here, I have never seen more than one person working besides the handful of people in office cubes. Staff is always nice, but the wait can easily take 20-30 minutes. It’s a phenomenon I’ve never seen at any other bank. They have 5 computer stations at the counter, yet only one actively working employee. You can see the agitation in people in line. It’s not the last hour of business on a Friday, it’s 1pm on a Monday and you have a line exceeding the lobby.

All of your customer parking has been taken over by the new businesses attached to your building. There needs to be customer specific parking added with signage close to the building.

The banker at this branch was uneducated about estate services and because of his lack of knowledge her blew me off and told me to call customer service. When I asked for a manager, he stated “I’m the banker here “.He then walked out of the office with me sitting in front of him and went to the tellers station to help someone without exporting me out of his office. Not a review writer unless I really feel it’s needed and in this case Keith Zanteck needs additional training. If you want a knowledgeable, patient banking experience see Michelle Kraus at the Jackson location. Even the managers and other bankers there are friendly and helpful. They value you as a customer.

On many occasions they try to confuse you by giving a wrong registration balance of your deposit and if you click on the accept button before making sure it is the Real balance of your deposit or you are confused thinking that maybe you made a mistake when counting your money before depositing it, be very careful why you They will also steal 5 or 10 dollars or even more, and they also have different tricks that are a bit difficult to explain but they try to confuse you with your balance record and pending expenses to process . It is a very intelligent trick that you will not notice if you do not keep track of your money in your account separately and outside the application, you have to keep track of the money you have in your registered account always with dates and your deposits, expenses and registered balances with dates in a notebook day by day check your balances and you will realize that they steal a lot from you, I used to work in a bank before and I always keep my control well registered outside the application with dates and I realized how thieves they are Be very careful, I warn you to take care of your money and not steal it. I had to switch banks, every time I went in there for a simple quick thing I was in there forever, they had to try and push every account on me possible even after repeated denials they continued to ask them the breaking point was when the lady said to me that with the amount of money I had on the bank I would be stupid not to sign up for the account, I then advised that the money had to be easily accessible for a near future transaction but she didn’t want to hear it so I told her to cash me out I’m going else where. It was convent for me but not worth the headaches plus their hours were terrible if you work a full time job you can never get there while they are open and the atm machine never works

Went there for questions on my account since they keep charging me even though I never went below the minimum balance and I am not supposed to be charged on this account at all, we asked one of the desk workers for help, he could not put his cellphone down for 2 seconds to help us. He was texting the entire time we were trying to talk to him and all he kept saying was no one else is here, call customer service. We were the only customers in the store. Completely unprofessional and we want to close our accounts now. Bank somewhere else.
