The banker at this branch was uneducated about estate services and because of his lack of knowledge her blew me off and told me to call customer service. When I asked for a manager, he stated “I’m the banker here “.He then walked out of the office with me sitting in front of him and went to the tellers station to help someone without exporting me out of his office. Not a review writer unless I really feel it’s needed and in this case Keith Zanteck needs additional training. If you want a knowledgeable, patient banking experience see Michelle Kraus at the Jackson location. Even the managers and other bankers there are friendly and helpful. They value you as a customer.

I had to switch banks, every time I went in there for a simple quick thing I was in there forever, they had to try and push every account on me possible even after repeated denials they continued to ask them the breaking point was when the lady said to me that with the amount of money I had on the bank I would be stupid not to sign up for the account, I then advised that the money had to be easily accessible for a near future transaction but she didn’t want to hear it so I told her to cash me out I’m going else where. It was convent for me but not worth the headaches plus their hours were terrible if you work a full time job you can never get there while they are open and the atm machine never works

Went there for questions on my account since they keep charging me even though I never went below the minimum balance and I am not supposed to be charged on this account at all, we asked one of the desk workers for help, he could not put his cellphone down for 2 seconds to help us. He was texting the entire time we were trying to talk to him and all he kept saying was no one else is here, call customer service. We were the only customers in the store. Completely unprofessional and we want to close our accounts now. Bank somewhere else.

Worst Wells Fargo branch in the entire country!!! Corporate regional managers should fire every one at this local branch. Lady refused to open a checking account . She told me no one working in the entire branch can open a checking account , these people are a waste of life

Very surprised about all the bad reviews I am reading, I had a seasonal job at Target and I used to cash my paychecks there. Everyone was so nice to me as well as my daughter who used to sit and wait for me. Seriously if you want to experience condescending and rude, take a stroll by the PNC Brick Plaza branch, the manager there straight up made me cry once. I walked thru a snowstorm (since my car broke down) and tried without any luck, to get an overdraft reversed because it would cause 2 more checks to bounce and literally create utter chaos in my life. She basically chastised me for not being more vigilant with my debits (hubby charged gas and forgot to tell me)and said there was nothing more she could do..( had one reversed 6 months prior and that's the max)...guess I should switch branches/banks but all my direct deposits and other things are tied to that branch so it's just to much of a hassle...Sorry for the long rant
