i will never bank with wells fargo for so many reasons but the current one being that they do not know how to do their job across the board. I have been cashing savings bonds (non customer UNDER 1000) at the neptune branch for a while now. I’ve decided to stop in this location today, because I was beside it, and they began telling me they do not cash savings bonds for non customers. After pushing, they discovered that they could do it. Then they decided that my passport and my drivers license weren’t significant forms of ID because I have since gotten married and my name has changed. That is understandable but the pictures on both are clearly me AND the neptune branch has done it multiple times for me with no issues at all. It generally felt like this branch didn’t even want to help me, I got push back from the moment I walked in. It’s frustrating and I wish I didn’t even have these bonds with wells fargo.

If could give 0 stars I would, I walked into this branch wanting it to withdrawal money from my rewards account and was told to use ATM. I then tell the banker that you can only Withdraw In increments of twenty dollar bills I wanted to withdrawal thirty I was told I could not do that even though I have done it countless times at other branches.The manager got very nasty in telling me to go to the ATM when I stated the same to him that I said to banker. He then told me well wait in line (which no one was in line)and she'll be glad to help you. She had already stated that she did not know how to do what I needed her to do. She asked him for help and he pawned me back on to her So I just walked out and also let them know that their ATM was out of order. I'm not one to leave bad reviews. But as you can see, this branch has a low rating because they are incompetent on providing good customer service.Obviously !

The manager “Amanda” is stuck up and is unprofessional. You guys “Wells Fargo” messed up my most recent check in that it was bounced back. I have a paper from my place of employment that says it was an error on Wells Fargo’s behalf. When I stated it was an error on your guys behalf, the know it all who looks like she hates her life “amanda” automatically says “no it’s not our fault” then she read the paper saying where it was indeed their fault. Told you haha. I was right and you were WRONG. don’t automatically defend your place of work when you don’t even know what’s actually going on. Fire Amanda please she has a bad attitude and isn’t professional in the slightest.

The behavior of the branch manager at this branch was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. Sadly too many people with a little bit of power make their employees sick and provide terrible customer service. She is one of those people.

These old ladies don't need stronger glasses, they need a piece of brain because all the written checks (from 1 business) for them have diffrent signatures, it's impossible to write hundred of checks from business with 1 exact same signature, been to this location today 3rd and last time, always problems, get some younger staff and let the grandma's retire

Manager told me my drivers license my social and my birth certificate were not a proper form of identification to access my bank account I had to have two other forms of Identification!! If my drivers license social security card and birth certificate isn’t enough what is! On top of that they were rude and not at all customer friendly! Worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been in!

These old ladies don't need stronger glasses, they need a piece of brain because all the written checks (from 1 business) for them have diffrent signatures, it's impossible to write hundred of checks from business with 1 exact same signature, been to this location today 3rd and last time, always problems, get some younger staff and let the grandma's retire
