TERRIBLE experience!!! Cars are extremely over priced for what they are and they hide known problems with the vehicles. I bought a car and was told the only work done on it was general upkeep and maintenance oil changes and such. Thought everything was fine until I drove it home and realized it was leaking oil. I was out of a car for over a week as my shop had to take apart and rebuild the entire engine, over $3000 worth of labor and parts on my ‘new’ car. Staff at the dealership acted surprised when they heard of the problem. Even though the Carfax showed they tried to correct the problem multiple times before… unsuccessfully obviously. getting my title and tags was another absolute nightmare. They made errors in my paperwork. And Nobody answers the phone and nobody returns calls. I was hung up on multiple times, redirected to a line that was not in use, you name it. Front desk lady was extremely rude as I called time and time again demanding to speak to a real person instead of somebody’s voicemail. I am so glad I never have to deal with anyone from this dealership ever again. save yourself a headache and find literally anywhere else to get your car from.

My entire experience spanned roughly 48 hours from the initial hello to the delivery of my Cadillac. It was hands down the easiest, most seamless car purchase I have ever had. Stan was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made the entire process move as rapidly as I needed it to, by having things ready in a timely fashion and being available (even via text) if I needed him for anything. I was shopping around the car I purchased and currently, at this moment I am still getting “follow up pricing” from salesman elsewhere that took a week+ to get back to me. When I said I was serious and ready to go, I meant it and Stan understood that and respected the fact that I did not have the luxury of wasting time. This is my 3rd Cadillac and I will absolutely be returning to this dealership for another despite it being 3+ hours from my home. Thank you Stan!

Very happy with my new truck purchase from them, very professional, no hagging and usual car dealing games, it was a very good experience, salesman Makell was on point with everything, Sales Manager was also great to deal with, Time will tell, but so far, i would purchase from there again.

Hard to find someone to talk to. Had appt for next day. Didn't get car until 8 days later. Charged a labor fee of almost $600 for a job that should have taken an hour. Knocked $40 off a $1500 bill because they wanted us to be happy. We were not happy!!! Do not recommend service here......ever!!!

Certified pre-owned was a falsehood. Missed physical damage to the exhaust system. Did not make good as promised. Fraudsters.

Save yourself a headache and buy from somewhere else. My husband travelled to NJ in August to purchase me a new Acadia. Initially things went fine, but my temp tag expired 9/20 and we’ve been trying since before it expired to get another one because there’s been issues with the dmv. It’s been weeks and nothing. Everyone here gives you the run around and there’s always the excuse of being out of office or waiting on the manager. I haven’t been able to drive my car for weeks. There’s paperwork issues that haven’t been resolved and they won’t send a temp tag. Horrible dealership!

The WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. If you want $7,000.00 in ADDED ON FEES, LIES and PRESSURE TACTICS, this is your place! Was looking at a stock Jeep, and my salesperson was Wendy Novick-Fisher. Online price was $32,000.00. Came in, looked at the Jeep, and was told to come back next day and would make a deal at same price. Came back next day, but after all the ADDED ON FEES, the price came to over $39,000.00! Upon questioning this, Wendy became rude, unprofessional, and berating. What a liar! Too bad for them, as I had over $30,000.00 in cash with me and was ready to buy. Oh well! I will never be back to this dealership!

This place is horrible when it comes to calling or them returning a phone call.. I been calling the service department for a week now they don't even answer the phone I get the answering machine after a few rings, left multiple voicemails and have yet to hear from them! Guess I'll just take my business elsewhere

I am advising my friends and family to steer clear of this dealership. After purchasing a “PRE CERTIFIED” used car from them I noticed some problems. First, when driving it home I noticed one tire was losing air. I returned it a few days later and they said there was a lot of metal in the tire and that “I” may have to replace it. I told them it was low on air when I left the lot. After getting it home I noticed a small dent near gas tank, which looked like a baseball had hit it. I did not mention this because it was a used car and someone’s kid probably did it, I was a little curious why they did not point it out to me. Then a couple of weeks later when walking towards car I noticed a small defect with the hood. Upon closer inspection I could see that the hood gapping was inconsistent. I returned it to have them correct it. I was told it was hit and it had to happen after leaving the lot because the pre certification would have caught it. Only problem with that is the pre certification occurs when they receive the car. It then is put on the lot for sale, people test drive it, other cars that are being test driven and maneuvered around it. It is a small lot and it could have been easily damaged while on there watch, but they refused to consider this as a possibility, so it is buyer beware. I question their ability to pre certify a vehicle since it had a dent in the rear quarter panel, the tire had metal shards in it and the front end was damaged. I agree I should have inspected the car more closely before purchasing it. But I believed them to be a reputable company, and the car was pre certified, so I took their word that the car was tip top before purchasing it. I would suggest taking any purchased car from them to a body shop first, the pre certification could have a occurred months before the sale, and they wipe their hands of it once it leaves the lot.

I purchased a car there that was a pre certified used car. After getting it home I noticed the hood gap was not even around the hood. I returned to the dealer to have it corrected and they refused to. They claimed that it had been hit (I had the car less than a month) and they would have caught it in the pre certification. They claimed this even though the car is pre certified when they received it, then it sat on the lot, which is small and difficult to maneuver through, other cars had been shuffled around it, and it was test driven. The car could have easily been damaged during a test drive, or when other cars were maneuvering around it, but they would not consider that as happening. So I am stuck with a new car with damage because they have no honor. It also had a small dent near the gas tank that they did not point out to me before purchasing it, I guess it is buyer beware philosophy. I returned the car right after purchase because one tire would not hold air. They did fix that, but told me I must have run over some metal because it had a lot of damage and that "I" may have to replace it. I am retired and my car is garage kept, I went no where near any metal. I am not sure they are capable performing the inspection required to make it pre certified, so beware when buying a car there. Neither my family or friends will ever purchase another car there.

Quite honestly they will tell you whatever lie they need to go get you into the dealership then waste hours of your time and a bloody booger in your car.

I worked with Gary and Moe and had a great experience. They were pleasant, upfront and patient. I would definitely purchase from them again. And this is coming from someone who really hates the car buying process!Saul, who prepped the truck for us, was very courteous. ?

This was the worst car experience ever.I bought a 2020 ram 1500 4x4 from novick , we did a lot of negotiating on the phone . The nite I bought the truck we negotiated new mud tires and rain guards into the deal ,it took a month to get my tires put on my truck ,the rain guards were ordered twice and were wrong they say I call b.s. because the nite they put my tires on I walked across the street and bought them at advanced auto . Also when they put the new tires on they kept my stock ones the stock tires had 200 miles on them so took my tires and no rain guards . I personally will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone stole my tires and didn't come through on rain guards total disappointing experience
