Since I purchased all extended warranties on my vehicle I was clearly surprised by the cost of my service at almost $1,000. For a man on limited income that was half my social security check for the month. That is unacceptable.

Bianca Miller was so great helping me pick a car that I fell in love with. For being my first time buying a car, she went over everything with me to where I could understand everything about the car and the process. She was so friendly and professional. Was told several times over several days that I had a valid extended service contract that would cover my repairs and was the only reason I brought my vehicle to the dealership for service. After they diagnosed the issue (that we already knew was the problem) they called to tell me I DONT have a service contract and have to pay the diagnostic. This has been by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had! Found a truck on your website that I liked. Called and spoke to Gary Fisher, a fantastic salesman, and drove from 3 hours away to come down and take a look. Gary had the truck ready for test drive, and after a quick drive we started the buying process. Chris did a great job getting me to where I wanted to be financially. Start to finish I was done in two and a half hours and driving back home in my new truck. You guys were awesome! Recommending you to all my North Jersey customers. It was so worth the ride!

Editing review.I had them install body color fender flares and I thought they looked great. There is damage on one of them I didn't notice right away. They refuse to do anything about it. If you go here make sure you look at EVERY detail on your vehicle...

Took my car In for a repair that should have been covered under warranty. Warranty company told me that Bam took to long to do the repair and didn't meet the national standard for labor. Paid $1300 drove down the street and broke down 10 mins after pickup and a week in the shop. Was told battery needed to be replaced and a tech didn't hook something up correctly. Another 3 days in the shop I picked it up and broke down a second time 20 mins after leaving. Was told the secondary battery was bad now and told I had to pay another 300. After a week in the shop I went to pick it up again after I was told it was good and the mechanic said he couldn't get it started again and that I had after market wiring causing a battery drain. Which I never had until work was done by them. And I have no aftermarket equipment on my vehicle. Another week goes buy and they said that it was a fuse that was blown causing the battery to die. Finally got it back and running but I'm nervous to keep the car now because of electrical issues. So they had my car for over a month and it cost me $1500 when it shouldn't have costed me anything with my warranty and the management said the best they could do for the inconvenience was $50 off. I will never do business with Bam again and neither will my family or friends..

I finally found a car dealership that I felt comfortable with and didn't feel pressured. Gary (our salesman) and Zac ( our finance man ) were thoroughly professional, yet so friendly and warm. They explained everything and answered all our questions. I was amazed at the extent of inventory on the lot. I had visited four other dealerships and none had what this one offered. I'll definitely be going back for my next vehicle purchase.

The Service Staff is wonderful. Very attentive. My issue came when I went to pay the bill. There was a sign stating a 3% surcharge for credit card payments. I was paying by Debit, was told by office staff that the surcharge is for all plastic payments. As everyone knows, Debit is a cash auto payment.I told the office staff that their sign is incorrect. I have over 40 years in Retail, signage like that needs to be specific.

I was driving from Cape May and got a flat on Rt 55 and had to be towed to your dealership. I had an appt in Wilmington DE which I was sure I would miss as I obviously didn't have an appointment at your dealership. Your service tech COULD NOT have been nicer or more efficient. Sorry, I don't remember his name. He told me that he was going to try to get my tire addressed before the crew went on lunch break. Inside of 40-mins,, he notified me that my car was ready. I couldn't believe it! I made my appointment in time in Wilmington. Mike Sullivan (auto tech) sent me a video via text which showed the damage to my tire and his patch as well as suggesting that I replace 3 of my tires as they are showing wear. It was all so professional, including the pleasant woman at the payment counter. Could not be happier and hope that you will pass on my message to your wonderful team... sincere thanks! Patrick Logue
