Staff at the Rosenhayn location are nice. The app is absolutely archaic, difficult to set up and get accounts linked. The website just lacks the functionality of a modern bank. I applied for a loan, and obviously they sold my info to someone because now I get DOZENS of loan offer spam calls daily.

Worse place to bank ever. Was never told there was a minimum balance to keep in my SAVINGS account and was never told that if I transferred money more than 12 times I’d be charged 12 dollar for every transfer over the 12 allowed until I received a letter in the mail 2 years after I opened my account. I called the bank and they said I had to pay it even through none of this was ever disclosed to me at the time of signing up for my account. The lady was very rude and basically said I should’ve known when I was 17 when I opened the account and even had to have my mom there with me and she even said none of this was disclosed to us and she still was very rude and said that was the rule and that that. Never bank with them ever they just want your money and are very unhelpful. I will be switching banks for sure!

The worst bank it you are senior citizen. I manage my parents finances. My name is on both their acounts. To do a simple address change you have to do it in person, cant do it over the phone. Do you know how hard it is to get two seniors in assistant living, one who can barly see and walk and the other with medical conditions out to a branch. Also to even update a simple phone number, nope have to get them to talk. Try picking a password that a senior can remember that requires a symbol, capitol, lower case, and a number just to check your balance on their banking app. To much trouble bank elsewere.
My review is for the bank as it operates. The people who work at this branch are courteous and professional.

Been a member since opening. They are kind, courteous and really strive to help customers. I've had outside issues where they've stopped everything to rectify (a couple of times.) The reviews don't adequately represent this branch or its workers imo.

This bank has a service fee if you don't have an account with them to cash a check! So if one of their members write you a check and if you don't have an account with them they will charge you $5 to cash that check????That makes absolutely NO SENSE AT ALL!!!! why am I getting charged for cashing a check written by one of your members??? It's Your Member and Your Check?? Charge the Member!!

Experienced extreme profiling and Was practically treated like a criminal for trying to cash a simple personal check. Extremely rude staff had a attitude right out the gate and told me “in banking we can do what we want” I have never had a bank need a get a hold of the check writer to confirm they wrote the check They didn’t like the way I looked so I was denied. No other reason. And of corse the manager had just left for the day. Absolute joke of a establishment and hands down the worst experience I have had at a bank.

The absolute worst customer service in the history of mankind! Ive never dealt with a company who does not even try to make their customers happy! Xiomara didnt even attempt to correct the issue I had. Talk about being arrogant! Im in disbelief on how horrible customer service is! PLEASE BANK WITH YOUR LOCAL CREDIT UNION!!! You will regret banking with Fulton bank well atleast the one located in Rosenhayn, NJ. Someone needs to teach their staff what customer service is because they obviously dont have a clue. PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH FULTON BANK.

This bank is ridiculous. Don’t bother going here. It’s terrible. The aren’t even open inside so when you pull up you’re 20 deep in line for the drive through. They don’t care about their customers. 20 cars in line outside and one teller. They show you they really care
