I really like this fuel outfit. What sets them apart is they carry off road diesel which has been really important for me during construction. They also deliver really fast. Called today for 225 gallons and they were here within 30 minutes. They don't mess around

I'm sad that I just called and they don't deliver to Mauricetown, NJ right outside of Millville. I appreciated this company when I had them deliver to my house in Vineland.

If they had 0 stars, he would have received it. The owner us the nastiest, rudest person that I have ever encountered that owns a business. I don't know who would use him for anything. Someone should tell him he should be nice to his customers, maybe his business would be more successful. Respect to your customers cost nothing

Called for pricing and the receptionist sent me to who i believe is the owner. he asked who I usually get my oil from, and i told him a different company. he then said “my price is always better” and hung up. He was so rude, glad I didn’t buy from this company.

I called on a weekend for price per gallon the male on the phone laughed at me because i asked for a military discount, I proceeded to use their service and have oil delivered to my address beca They were the cheapest around town the second time I called to place an order they scheduled me for a Saturday but did arrive till Monday because of the snow storm and my driveway wasn’t cleaned enough on Saturday or Sunday, today 03/05/2022 i was supposed to get a delivery they arrived as i was going to the bank to deposit my check and get them cash the guy who I believe is the owner “Bill” said to me “you knew we was coming I can’t wait for you” even after I replied i will be back before they’re done he said rudely “I don’t care” as he’s helper started to get in the truck i told him i will look for another company to deliver my oil and he’s company will get a bad review from me he stated “I don’t give a shît” and proceeded to reverse out of my driveway, I called the company and its like they taking my complaint as a joke with a we will look into it and call you back if i could I would post the videos of it because i have cameras all over my house

I've used Mainline for a dozen years for oil service with no issues, besides the occasional tire ruts they would leave next to my driveway, but today I had a deal killing problem with them. In December, after they had already been out to service my heater, a problem I'd been having with it continued to get worse. The heater would ignite, then stop, ignite, then stop, then finally begin to run smoothly. It was only occasional at the time, and when I had asked them about it during the annual service visit they couldn't find a problem. I suspected it was the filter, and since there is no cut off valve from the tank that they hadn't changed it (I had previously changed it myself over the years - you put your thumb over the tube). I called back (visit, number two, December) and two technicians came out to investigate. They determined it was an electrical issue, since there is another circuit sharing with the heater (supposed to be a dedicated line) and I had noticed the lights flicker sometimes. They gave me the number of an electrician - who I hadn't called yet for financial reasons. Yesterday, when it was at its worst, I decided to install a new filter that I had in stock. Was dreading it of course, it's a mess, but after watching the fire chamber ignite and then go dark about once a second for over a minute, I reached up and opened the flap on the air pipe leading to the chamber - not that I knew what I was doing. The heater immediately stayed lit, so I took a small piece of metal and placed it so the flap would stay open a quarter of an inch. Since then no problems, it runs like it's new. Now the problem. Today I called to report my success and suggest they refund the $70 service charge for their last visit (half an hour, the first twenty minutes of which consisted of them sitting in the truck). They refused. They noted again their previous diagnosis (clearly mistaken, although I'll get an electrician out some day, so not a totally wasted trip), and told me they couldn't change the filter because of the cut off issue. I persisted, and suggested they come back, we take out my 5 cent fix, and we would see what happened. The man on the phone, who seemed familiar with my troubles, said anything could have happened in the intervening time (what that was meant to suggest I do not know), gave me a curt "have a good day, sir" - and hung up on me! Needless to say that after many years of using Mainline we won't be seeing them again. Beware their service department! I had checked prices before that first visit, and Mainline was cheapest - but you know what they say...'you get what you pay for'. In the case of Mainline that was next to bupkis...
