Banking here for 20years, same friendly staff with a few newbies and excellent service always! My kids love to use the coin counting machine ( free service if you have an account) free notary also if you have an account.

Wanted to open a bank account; didn’t even try to help me even though seen I was with a toddler. Ended up leaving and not doing anything with them!! They had no motivation to help, ashame people don’t want to work these days! Rude and lazy!

Initial dealings was through a former gf that had an account there. Thought service was exceptionally slow when we went there. I have since opened a Savings account due solely to proximity, and transaction times and customer service interactions have improved considerably from my initial experiences.

I love this bank the staff has always helped me and been very pleasant and friendly and any banking issues I've ever had I have always had immediate help. They also went above and beyond helping my father when he was sick and not getting around to good. They helped in ways they didn't have to but they did becasue they are caring helpful people.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional staff. Have had to replace a damaged debit card twice now and so has my wife. First time I was charged a $5 fee. This time the rates have doubled. I was told that I use it too much. Are you freaking kidding me? Looking for a new bank now.

If your not an old stuff shirt with a boat load of money this bank does everything it can to get your account closed from snotty managers to then deciding to put holds on your account for up to 2 weeks, not telling you and then you find this out when checks start to getting returned. The worst of the worst for a bank in this time we live in.

This bank needs to update. App hardly works, I can't access mine at all and when my husband tries to do transactions with it they don't always go through. On site, even though it's rarely busy, transactions at location sometimes take very long time to go through. MAC machine still requires envelopes to do deposits instead of just depositing cash. Every deposit takes extended periods of time to clear unlike most banks which clear in a day, maybe two. Even their own checks get messed up and are listed as as other bank checks requiring longer clear times which had to be corrected after embarrassing encounters at local stores.

The old ladys are very ignorant and do not treat you with respect. They dont go out of there way to do anything. Very unprofessional.

average service,everything is well until you get fraudulent charges on your bank card,seems the fraud dpt are a bunch of morons that don't know anything about police reports or investigations.
