Corporate TMobile gets 0 stars, Bernard gets 6 stars. I had to call TMobile and when I did I stopped thinking for myself. I'd have died if it was the zombie apocalypse After 4.5 hours in the phone with some of the dumbest misinformation I've ever heard, I went to the store. About 3.5 mins later, I was all fixed up.I had to add international calling to an employee that was traveling. I could text with him on iMessage, but he wasn't getting TMobiles texts. I actually had to explain that to the people at tech support.Thank you, Bernard. Not all heroes wear capes.

The store in Bridgeton, Nj is on top of everything customers service its excellent and very knowledgeable. Elijah wad above and beyond. Definitely will recommend visiting the store.

Very disappointed in the service that was provided to my father today. He went into this T-Mobile store for the T-Mobile Tuesday gift and the employee he worked with told him he couldn’t get the gift unless they verified his address for the home internet they are selling, which is false information. She asked him multiple times and after my father refused she acted as if they didn’t have anymore gifts….until another employee spoke up saying they had more. I’m extremely disappointed especially since I am a T-Mobile employee and it’s not okay to pressure our customers to do something especially when they express it’s not something they want to do. It’s also not okay to provide false information to our customers especially about a benefit they get for just being a customer.

I just got my Sim card put in today and I love my T-Moble service. The employees were so polite, knowledgeable and friendly! I would highly recommend T-mobile.
