Our mail carrier sucks. He needs to learn how to drive. He shouldn’t be driving the trucks at 100 miles an hour down a family street. Sometimes half my mail is missing because he picks and chooses what he wants to leave. I think he needs a new job because equal opportunity employment is not cutting it here

THE WORST POST OFFICE!!! How do you just lose someone’s whole entire mortgage payment and say “oh, we don’t know”.. not to mention no one ever answers the phone! ZERO STARS in my opinion!

I’d give this post office no stars if I could. I sent mail through here for my business and it went completely missing. An important letter. I’ve used tons of post offices all over New Jersey. I can confidently this is the worst post office you can go to and nothing is safe going in or out. I’ll keep going else where either to Shiloh or Quinton or Pennsville or maybe anywhere else in America. What sucks is this is my local post office for my address but I will never ever send anything through my personal mailbox again sadly. Should be investigated.

As a resident of Parvins Mill rd. We received mail once this week. No mail Monday or Tuesday Wednesday we got mail. None yesterday again. !! Time for Amazon to replace snail mail

I have decided I will find a different post office to go to. Customer service is terrible at this one. For some reason a few times I thought “okay, maybe the associate is having a bad day,” so I kept going, but for an associate to have a poor attitude every time I go in there is becoming ridiculous. The guy who helped me seemed annoyed because I asked a question. His attitude was VERY poor. It was a little frustrating to be treated as if I were a burden. They need some sort of training to learn how to work with the public. This place has really gone down hill over the years.

what a JOKE!!!! lol They say delivered package when clearly it wasn't. Third time this happened in one year. I call to find out that they delivered my package to another house. The road names are completely different. I have my wedding shoes in there. I guess I have to walk over to the house myself and get my package that you gave for free to someone else. HELLO it's bridgeton, they're going to keep and sell it or yard sale it. You owe me money, if i can't get a refund. I called yesterday and I get the explanation...if no package call again tomorrow. I call and it rings and rings oh and rings.... Also lost my save the dates and delivered them to wrong addresses as well. Even someone who lives about 15 minutes away from me had their save the date mail missing or delivered to wrong address and showed up 2 months later!! I had to drive there and give it to them personally. Seriously, all USPS should only deliver newspapers, magazines and paper mail. That's it!!! They have no reason to be dealing with packages and boxes. I am terrified my wedding invites won't get sent out. Oh and I have to pay for these stamps that use to be what 5 cents?! Stamp price is up and yet my mail can't come back or come to me or be delivered properly. Also, how about picking up the PHONE!!!!!!

My package from UPS has been sitting in this USPS facility for over a week, according to tracking. They do not answer their phone. Is my package lost or are they just sitting on it? Not good.
