The AC Hotel Bridgewater is a beautiful, modern, and clean hotel, considered one of the best in the area. It is conveniently located for business and travel. The staff is pleasant, efficient, accommodating, friendly, and attentive, with specific employees noted for being amazing, professional, nice, and helpful. The warm reception and quick resolution of any concerns contribute to a wonderful stay. The hotel features a stylish lobby bar, a fantastic and very nice rooftop bar, and an inviting outdoor section, with great drinks available. Guests should be advised that the rooftop bar has a DJ playing until 1 AM on Friday and Saturday, which can cause vibrations in rooms on the higher floors. The rooms themselves are well done, spacious, top notch, and comfortable. A common complaint is the bathroom design, as the sliding glass barn door in guest rooms offers no real privacy. There can also be occasional maintenance issues, like a malfunctioning showerhead, but staff are quick to offer solutions. Overall, it is an excellent hotel that guests would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Stayed here this past weekend and the room was clean and the staff was so kind. Especially the Asst General manager Mary- she granted our late checkout request and gave us some drink vouchers. Also there's a good mall nearby and the rooftop has great drinks. Would def stay here again!

Nice and modern hotel with decent breakfast. Bar next door is also very good. Located walking distance to shopping mall. The only issue was some weirdo (maybe hotel manager) that was rude, all other stuff was great.
