Ted at the Bridgewater prime storage location provided outstanding customer Service. I had found a unit for a lower price elsewhere and he went above and beyond to help me stay by working to Closely match the other facilities price. He was very kind, patient, and understanding, even though I reached out multiple times while trying to make a quick decision. He went out of his Way to help. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism these days.

I’ve been at this storage location for several years and working with the manager Teddy has been a great secure experience with someone who is easy to reach and resolve any questions. When Prime Storage took over I was worried what changes would happen but Teddy and the new team were able to answer all my concerns and lead to a beginning with great terms.

I Have had my storage for three years now. It is such a well run facility very safe,secure and very ,very clean.
Teddy who is in charge is amazing. He's always very pleasant, takes care of any issue immediately and takes care of the customers no matter how busy he is.
Being a business person myself , I appreciate I a devoted employee.
I defiantly recommend Prime
Storage. Don't forget to ask for
TEDDY!! He will certainly guide you through your Storage needs.

Teddy, the manager of the Bridgewater Storage, was a pleasure to work with. He was always courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining any questions one might have. I have had my storage unit there for ten years, and he was always a great help for any concerns which might have arisen.
