Michael M. is a tremendous asset to your business. He is friendly, patient, kind and right on the money with his assistance! He was able to quickly help us with issues that Verizon could not figure out. We will be back and hope to get his help again in the future! Highly recommend him!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Horrible experience, they tell me they have my phone in stock. But I needed a PIN code from AT&T, which is downstairs. I tell the apple rep I will go get the pin from AT&T, I come back my rep is no where to be found. I get another rep that is multitasking a customer with me, I tell her the situation. I explain that I have the PIN code. She tells me they are sold out of that phone. I tell her it was available 5 minutes ago! She asked if the apple rep reserved it….unbelievable! How would I know to ask that. The question is why didn’t the apple rep hold it while I get the PIN code. Terrible!!!

I had a Genius Bar appointment at this Apple Store on a busy Saturday in Sept. Overall, despite some waiting around, I found my Genius Bar session to be productive and efficient, and the technicians to be (somewhat) friendly, very knowledgeable and professional.
I arrived on time and was directed by a blue shirt employee to wait at a table. While I had to wait 15 min for a technician to become available, once that happened, it was smooth sailing. I explained the issues I was having with my Macbook Pro - a blank screen- to the first technician. He asked me to plug in the laptop to charge it, which I did. After another 5 minutes, a second technician, Chris, came to my assistance. I explained the issue again, and he said that it seemed to be a display issue, and left briefly to retrieve an external monitor. Once he had the external monitor set up, he was able to reboot the computer and run Apple diagnostics, and those tests confirmed that the Macbook's components were largely ok, and that only the display and an internal cable were problematic. Chris succinctly explained my options for the repair-- I could have it shipped to a repair center, where techs would make the necessary repairs/replacements, and ship it back to me, or I could have it repaired at that store or another Apple store. I considered the timeline for both options and decided to have it shipped to the repair center. Once that was decided, I received a work authorization from Apple almost immediately. After 15 min backing up the desktop files to my iCloud (which was on me, since I wasn't in the habit of doing that), Chris handed off my Macbook to another employee for shipping.
I received the repaired Macbook just 3 days later and am typing this review on it. All in all, a positive experience, and I'd recommend this Apple store.

Employees weren’t helpful. They were having a conversation and hardly acknowledged my presence there while I made my purchase. Nobody offered any help or assistance.

I had an appointment arrival time of 12:15 - 12:30, arrived at 12:10 and checked in early. I waited well past my window with no movement. I went to ask for help and was told they are helping others. What is the point of having a appointment time if they can't keep it

Matsiev was super kind and incredibly knowledgeable. My husband went for his computer and I ended up getting my camera fixed! Best employee ever!

I had an appointment scheduled at this location for 12:45 PM, and I was left waiting until 1:25 PM before I could speak with anyone. It was frustrating to wait so long just to discuss the repair of my phone, especially since I had a set appointment time.
Due to the delay, I ended up having to leave without being attended. I miss the days when Apple truly prioritized customer care. This experience was disappointing and I hope they can improve their scheduling and customer experience in the futuro.
