This store has always been helpful to me. The other day I brought my iPhone in that was both not charging and couldn’t hold a charge. The gentleman cleaned out my port and saved me hundreds on replacing the device. I unfortunately did did not catch his name but he was a pleasure to work with.

Trevor was a pleasure to work with. He was so helpful and completely knowledgeable about everything. I recommend you going to see him at the store. The other employees are also very nice and welcoming.

If possible, I will give it a zero. The staff was so impatient and rude. After we refused his recommendation, he became frustrated. He patted his equipment loudly on the table which made a part fall on the table. He didn't pick it up and walked away to the gate and welcomed another customer.

Worked with Trevor. Don’t believe a word these people say make sure you double check your plan before proceeding. What they doing is fraud. I was giving a WiFi device and told it’s COMPLETELY free of charge and comes with the plan I have BS I was getting charged $72 a month extra on my plan! I most certainly will contact corporate and file a complaint against this location!!!! TREVOR IS A SCAMMER!

AT&T store in Bridgewater Commons has the best staff to resolve any issues. Particularly I have great experience with Trevor, who had resolve my phone issues with his super technical skills and knowhow. He is the best!

This ATT is the best I’ve been to, Antonio and Iris are two of the most helpful and kindest employees. They generously stayed after hours to help get my phone started under an urgent situation and tried many different avenues to get it working. Antonio thought quickly on his feet and I appreciated Iris’ patience throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I went in recently because I needed an upgrade. The service was great from all staff members, especially Paul. He was able to answer all my questions and I got a brand new phone!

Worst experience ever, Trevor lied to me about a plan and all the hidden fees. I ended up paying $50 more for a plan where I was supposed to pay $50 less. After 4 visits and him telling me he fixed it, he finally apologized for misrepresenting it. Geting the manager was of no help as he couldn't even figure out what Trevor did and said there is nothing he can do about it since it's over 30 days. Fortunately I recorded the last 2 conversations and will file complaints so this doesn't happen to you.

Leila is an outstanding AT&T representative. I highly recommend her. My son lost his phone and needed help for replacement. Leila was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding at a stressful time. She advised us exactly what to do to protect his information, review our family account and educated us about all our options. She was enthusiastic about make suggestions about services, different types of phones snd cost efficient options. We are very grateful to her and really appreciate her and would suggest seeking out her for assistance when visiting AT&T in the Bridgewater mall.

I went into the Bridgewater store to get my daughter a new phone for Christmas. Parth added on Next Up and the Protection plan without asking me if I would want them or telling me he added them. He also texted me from (I assume) his personal number which I find inappropriate.
I was able to remove the protection plan but I had to go back to the store to have the Next Up add on removed. I was anxious I would have to deal with Parth again but thankfully it was Trevor. He not only removed the add on for me but also obliged my request to confirm that the protection add on was removed as well. I had Trevor upgrade my phone also and he took the time to show me he wasn't adding any recurring charges.
If you go into the store, work with Trevor and avoid Parth. If you have no choice but to work with Parth, make sure you check everything so you're not being signed up for anything without your direct consent or approval.

Parth at Bridgewater is a genius. He did the impossible by activating a new phone purchased in Spain to replace a stolen phone. He was able to reset the ESim from New Jersey, which everyone said was impossible. He was patient, knowledgeable and really helped me out. Thank you Parth!
