Joel at the AT&T store was a HUGE help when we tried to get our mom a new phone! They didn’t have any in stock but he made sure to search the whole store for one! He also gave us a secondary option so we could walk out with a phone today! He was great and deserves a raise lol

At least 5 customers waiting around for 30 mins no sales person saying a word. Honestly worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone in there was upset complete and unprofessional salespeople.

My iphone needed repairs so it had ro be erased which the apple store techs did for me but they couldn’t connect my phone back to the AT&T cell network. After multiple tries, they told me to go the AT&T store which was 1 floor down in the same mall.The rep in the AT&T store approached me right away and was able to resolve my issue right away. Thanks.

Had a good experience due to Antonio at Bridgewater commons who helped me later but overall experience with AT&T is really disappointing. I was without n/w for 4 days after the switch from Verizon which was solved in less than 10 mins on the last day. The customer support and the people at centers do not have any knowledge for solving matters. I had to go to stores 3 times and waste over 6 hours calling them to resolve this. In the first visit at the least the person called customer support and did all he could while asking me to go to the nearest corporate center but the 2nd day the lady I met at bridgewater simply said she cannot do anything without asking her colleagues or even checking with customer support. I was already thinking to go back to Verizon but they also needed a transfer pin and insisted to go back to bridgwater store. Thankfully was assisted later by someone else other than the same lady who this time called customer support upon my insistence but left me with the phone in 2 mins to resolve it myself.

Worst experience don't ever go with Luke sales person. Went a couple months with my daughter to upgrade our phones. He sold us 2 new phones he added a new line and added 2 Apple Watches. I was told adding another line would bring my bill down. The Apple Watch they were having a sale get one Apple Watch other one for free I told from the beginning I wanted my bill to decrease not increase . He told me the first bill would be high after 2 month he promised me the bill would go down. Big scam from luke. After 3 months my bill increased by double. When I called customer service I found out I was added things that I never agreed for. Luke poor customer service very unhappy with the service. Now I'm stuck paying this high bill. Never again going to this place be careful!

Excellent experience. Parth, my representative, ensured I was on the right plan, facilitated my phone upgrade, helped with setup and accessories. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend the ATT store in the Bridgewater, NJ mall.

Nice staff, but they're are idiots. As a state worker, I receive a discount through at@t. After showing them various I'd they gave me a discount. I made it clear that I'm not a first responder. They gave me a first responder sim card and told me I could use the phone in emergencies. They never told me it would change my plan. I'm also unable to verify my employment with the first responder network. They messed up my phone and plan, and I now have to fix it. I definitely will not be back to this location.

I was a dissatisfied T-Mobile customer and decided to switch to AT&T. The rep was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was also training another rep and managed to do everything very professionally. The rep being trained was also very friendly and helpful.

Horrible customer service with updating to a new phone — after 1 hour in the store and 9 hours at home, the transition was complete. It would have gone much much faster if the clerk had started the process by updating the iOS rather than synching data. I ended up figuring out the problem — the store suggested I finish the job at home because the wifi would be better. Lame. Really, they wanted the clerk to wait on someone else who’d come to the store. Hate to imagine how this would’ve worked for a customer with less knowledge.More generally, the basics of customer service were lacking - no description of what was occurring or how long it might take. And then, an expectation that I could clearly see what the clerk did (to repeat it at home) - isn’t the lighting on screens done such that other people cannot easily see your screen?Of course the visit ended with ‘please give this visit a 5’ HA!

To the sad and unhappy staff (especially the Indian gentleman that works there) to point your fingers at a customer and laugh out loud only proves your level of unprofessionalism and immaturity. Do better.
