I buy my phone's cash at Best buy, and my total rewards member, and have a Best buy credit card. Basically I buy all my electronics at Best buy including my recent HP. I cracked my phone screen and went to The geek squad to invoke the insurance and decided to take the option of trading that phone in for $50 and buy a new one. When asked if I wanted to have the data transferred at the store for free, I was told that It will take a few minutes. Of course they said sure, it'll take me an hour or more at home.... Well I was there for another hour and 20 minutes. I even drove down the street to get some food came back. The phone had moved on from the phone department to The geek squad department and I had no access. The last time. I claimed a phone insurance because of a broken screen. The outsourced customer service in Pakistan or Sri Lanka or something gave me the runaround so hard after attempting to charge me for a phone that they had received reciprocally for the one that was sent to me on the rapid exchange that I eventually filed a dispute claim at my bank to be able to recoup the $958. That was the actual full price from the sale price that I had bought the phone for of $699. I'll stop now. You see where I'm going this... Good luck!

Twice i made an appointment for dryer repair under their warranty. Twice they kept saying another hour we will be there. No shows both times. Have another appointment tomorrow. Next stop lawyers office, i want my money i paid for the warranty.

I use Best Buy in Bridgewater for all my electronic needs and purchases. I trust everything that I buy there, from TVs to cameras to Alexa devices. Phone covers and charging wires. All good! Never a problem with all the years going there.

This store has gone down hill pretty rapidly in the last year (I have lived in the area since it was opened). No one seems works there, the store is really dirty and unorganized. Expect to stand on line for 30 minutes before someone is available to act as a cashier. If you can get it on Amazon and wait just do that.

THE WORST RUDEST DISGUSTING staff I've ever seen. I've bought things here worth tens of thousands and more and more I see them hiring teenagers who not only don't have a clue but are the rudest most disgusting lot on a power trip ready to insult good customers. First they lied then they teamed up to insult me and the security guy acted like he wanted to hit me. I'll be talking serious action against them and this will go to the owner.

I was in and out very quickly. I knew what I wanted and put blinders on to resist temptation. Found it. Paid for it, and got help loading it in my van. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Be wary of this location. They sell you things as 'new' and it is often missing things. When you go back and confront them they threaten to call the cops. Then they tell you the previous customer may not have returned everything. That's not a new product. That's a refurbished or returned item.

When I redid my kitchen I bought all my appliances from here. Excellent knowledge salesman. I believe his name was Cosmo or Sylvester. I moved an hour away and want to purchase new appliances. I went to my local Best Buy and the selection was poor and there was no one to help me. I want to by a fridge, dishwasher and stove and a microwave and an airfryer/ toaster . This store had a very comprehensive appliance dept. Before I Drive an hour each way I wanted to call the store and see if my salesman still works there and if they had in stock the appliances I wasn’t to see. I’m a Boomer I need to see a $4k fridge before I buy it. Well forget it. You can’t reach the store by phone. So don’t leave your glasses in the store cause you can’t talk to anyone physically in the store . You’ll reach a phone center in India or Indiana !!! Corporate greed can’t allow for a human to pick up a phone. The chat box online was unmanned too. Well that 15 an hour you saved cost you thousands I’ll shop mom and pop.

Nice store. We have been shopping there for more than 20 years. Lately, customer service has been slow. Bought major appliances many times. Delivery, installation, and hauling away the old appliances was seamless. Many times, I encountered my former students from Raritan Valley Community College working there part-time.

Ordered online. Went to pick up the item on the way home 3-1/2 hours later and was told by a customer service rep. "It's not picked yet". I mentioned it's been 3-1/2 hours. Then a more experienced csr jumped in and called the back and got the order done. Kudos to him for his experience and great csr skills. He keep the customer happy.

Much friendlier and more attentive staff than nearby locations. Former employee, and I can say Bridgewater has always been the pinnacle in NJ for proper service.

My daughter and I went to best buys today I wanted to buy a T.V she wanted a camera NO ONE WAS THERE TO HELP !!!!! 5 sales people were having a conversation in a group looking at me for 10 minutes while I was looking at a T.V NEVER ASKED ME FOR HELP my daughter spoke with 3 sales people who could not answer one question she asked about the camera she wanted to buy one sales person was going on his phone to find answers how is this store in business !!!!! I will never shop here again !!!!
