I usually like this store but today I went to buy an evening dress for a special occasion. After I picked the dress and went to pay, I asked the lady on the cashier if there’s any promotion, she said yes let me check, then she entered my item (priced $398) and said yes you get a gift voucher of $50, I said great! When I reached home I went to Bloomingdale’s app to look up something just to realize that if I paid $400 I would have gotten a $100 voucher instead of $50!!!!! I really think this cashier person should have mentioned the exact promotion happening especially I asked and moreover just getting anything small additional item would have gotten me $100. Very disappointed to have such poor customer experience at such an elite store that I used to believe is one of my faves!

Special thanks to the two women in the beauty department. I was at Clinique and the MUA was on break i believe. I was in a rush and two women from other counters came over and were determined to help me with my purchase. I told them my color and it wasn't there. we matched me to another color and that wasn't there either, finally we found a third color that matched my skin tone and they asked what else i needed. i mentioned a bunch of other items and they helped me right along. they were so sweet and due to my colors being unavailable they hooked me up with some samples. I wish i got their names, but they both had beautiful blue eyes, and were just the sweetest for not giving up on my needs.
