Build-A-Bear Workshop Bridgewater offers a hands-on experience to create a unique plush toy by adding outfits, sounds, and scents. Customers can record a custom 5-30 second voice message for an extra special touch. The store is also a place to host a PAWsome party for birthdays, office events, or community gatherings, which includes a customized furry friend and a Special Heart ceremony.
The staff are described as incredibly helpful, attentive, friendly, and very engaging with children, setting a warm and welcoming standard. The store is clean and the customer service is spot on. It is a very nice place with many stuffy animals and beautiful costumes, highly recommended for kids. Some noted that the scent station did not work well and that background mall noise can be heard in voice recordings. Overall, it provides a good and memorable experience.
We took our granddaughter to build a bear for her birthday. Selina helped us and really took the time to make it a special experience for our granddaughter. We will definitely visit again.

Kids have a few bears from here and they love them. We had an issue with the sound device in one of them but we brought it back and they were able to resolve it for us. Very happy and will be back again I'm sure.

We’ve been here a couple times one of the staff members was fun but the attempt to upsell was obnoxious. Wish the employees were more into it and excited… kind of disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm especially when it’s a birthday for a kid. Rockaway has better staff
