I needed to reactivate my account and plus card on 11/09. I was at the Costco location at Bridgewater Promenade in NJ. The initial manager was helpful and Rick at customer service provided excellent service. I was able to complete my purchase. Rick was awesome and let the holidays begin

I like Costco because they have massive amounts of stuff in bulks for a good price. Also the store is really clean. I can also add the fact the staff is really friendly and helpful as well as always ready and happy to help.

The customers here are amazing compared to the Edison Costco! People are much nicer, staff is more helpful, just an overall better experience. Keep it up!
