The afternoon pharmacy workers at the Miltown road CVS are absolutely horrendous. I did not catch their names but it was 3 Indian women who were utterly useless and rude on top of it. There was an issue on their end with their computers and they coped an attitude with me and told me to leave all while not giving me my medication. They either need to learn how to do their job with an ounce of compassion or go into a new line of work. Do not go here go literally anywhere else besides this location, I heard they were supposed to shut down this CVS and they should have.

I've switched from Walgreens to CVS a couple of years ago due to distance from home. Service was ok then but I noticed a noticeable decline in the last few months. First the driveway is broken and you have to be very careful when driving over not to damage your vehicle. Next when you pull up to the customer service, the window is filthy and there's a large pothole right where you have to stop to pickup your RX. The service is very slow and depending who is manning the window it is nearly impossible to understand them. This is due to them not prolific in English which when dealing with peoples meds is incomprehensible. If you visit there at night it is not very well lit and I do not allow my family to go there due to safety issues. Now I received several surveys to ask about their service and I reported all items above to a manager. To this day nothing has changed or improved. In fact it's getting worse if that's possible. I currently am looking to go back to Walgreens to improve my pharmacy experience.

This CVS is terrible!! I am a local and have been going there to develop my disposable pictures for over a year. I dropped off my camera in October and they still don't have my pictures. After multiple calls with the store staff, managers, and CVS customer service representatives there has still been no solution. I think they lost my film completely so I asked them to at the least give me a credit to buy a new film camera given they lost my film with pictures I really wanted and a camera that I paid money for. They said they couldn't do that and when I asked what they are able to do to rectify the situation they had no answer. Absolutely ridiculous. I recommend going to Walgreens instead. CVS customer service is terrible.

Entire pharmacy has to take lunch at the same time? Ridiculous, spent 20 minutes in traffic only to see a "closed for lunch" sign! Imagine if all companies did this... it's only my medication!

Incredibly slow service. Waited 20+ minutes at the pharmacy drive through when there was only one car in front of us. When we got to the window, we waited another 8-10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us even though they knew we were there.

I have used CVS and I cannot recommend this pharmacy anymore. Terrible communication and rude staff.

If you take you plastic container for refills the person don’t want to take to her hands she have gloves and you maybe have Tront desist so 10.000 person get sick next 1 hour

3/15/20 10:45, I was at the store. I am a senior citizen and went to buy some over the counter medicine on my HZ Prime (OTC) card. This associate most likely to be an Asian origin (there was no name tag) very unprofessional and rude, i had some problem with two items, so i had to ask her to remove those items (May be twice), her response was, \\\"i you make it quick i have customers\\\". At that time there was only one customer and there were two associates. I am sure you can check how many customers made purchase in that store at that time. Associate should be discouraged to use cell phone at working hours, I think that was the the reason she behaved unprofessionally. Me and my family prefer going to CVS, but we will certainly avoid this particular store.

CVS isn't my favorite pharmacy. It seems like they are always busy non stop. I can't remember anytime I didn't have to wait for a refill or just to be helped at the counter. Maybe they are under staffed I'm not sure. I've never had anything bad happen or a mess up but I'm not impressed and I ended up leaving going to a smaller pharmacy that wasn't to busy 24/7.

While I can't really say much about inside the store, I use the drive thru all the time and every single time the staff are helpful and really nice. Its a nice change from where I used to get my Rx's. I often go at about 3:45, so whomever the person at the window is then - she's awesome.

Yesterday I went to CVS photo for printing my kids passport photo.The photo I got was cut off from bottom so that the size is obviously wrong and they were also blurred like an oil painting and the background was not white any more, instead, became dark and grey. The store manager there sucks. He was so impatient and he just wanted to say there was nothing wrong!! I told him the quality of the photo could not meet the requirement but he refused to do anything or helped me. He was doing his job without any responsibility for his customers. I request to refund my money because they cannot be used at all and he just throws those photos away in trash bin without and cover. I asked him if it is the proper way to discard customers photos and he said that trash bin is specific which I could not believe as there was even no cover on the top.!! I was so upset to see he throw my kids photos into that trash bin without any protection of our privacy!! I at the end paid for those useless photos just because I want protect my kids' right. But I feel shame of CVS and will never use their service any more.

I don't even want to rate a star. There is a employee names SHERYL.(she's black with LONG nails )She seems a team leader. She did something wrong first. But she didn't apologize instead gave me the bad attitude. I was like...What the heck. What's wrong with her. NEVER EVER COME BACK.

The people working at the pharmacy counter are extremely slow and unhelpful. Recently we brought my mother in law there for a flu shot. After standing at the counter for 15 minutes with no one acknowledging us, my wife walked over to the other end of the pharmacy counter and asked an employee about getting a flu shot..the lady points and says with a crappy attitude, "flu shots are over there" no kidding lady really? Thanks for being so helpful..she had seen us standing there and could have cared less. Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled at the Shop Rite..they are friendly and helpful, and don't act like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. I would give this place zero stars if I could. There is no excuse for treating customers this way.
