I arrived at the CVS pharmacy at approximately 1:20 PM, fully aware that the pharmacy closes for a break at 1:30. I was in line behind another customer while a man at the counter was being assisted. At no point did staff communicate that they would not be assisting anyone beyond him. Instead, they allowed me to wait until 1:30, then abruptly began shutting down the pharmacy without acknowledging those still in line.
When I pointed out that I had arrived before 1:30, I was repeatedly told, “We’re closed,” with no further explanation or effort to address the situation. When I returned at 2 PM to ask where I could formally provide feedback, the staff dismissively directed me to the online survey, even laughing about my question while I was the only customer waiting.
- Staff failed to communicate that they would not assist customers past a certain point before closing.
- Instead of addressing my concern, they dismissed it and offered no resolution.
- Their response to my request for feedback was unprofessional and disrespectful.
Clear communication is a basic expectation in customer service. If the pharmacy intends to stop assisting customers before the stated closing time, staff should inform those waiting in line rather than letting them waste their time. Additionally, professionalism should be upheld when customers raise concerns. I would appreciate follow-up on how CVS pharmacy plans to ensure better communication and customer service at this location

Went in close to closing time to pick up my prescription not expecting much. However, both Monica and Deep provided excellent, friendly service. This was my first time using CVS (have been using Walgreens faithfully for years), they’re definitely my new go to pharmacy. These lovely folks were pleasant, helpful and welcoming. They represent your company well!

I love the employees at the Bridgewater CVS pharmacy , especially the gentleman named Ainsworth(hopefully spelled correctly). He goes out of his way to help me, who I go there for my Aunt & mother’s meds. with answering questions, and fixing problems with their prescriptions. Always a smile on his face.

I would like to acknowledge your pharmacist, Monica. She consistently provides excellent service, always with a sincere smile. Her personality impacts the staff. When she is working, everyone behind the pharmacy counter is pleasant and patient. She is a good leader, CVS in Bridgewater is very lucky to have her. Judy Lopes

I have left 3 voicemails regarding one of my prescriptions and while the recording indicates someone will call you, "if needed" within the hour, it has now been 3 days, 3 voicemails! No more! Moving my scripts to another pharmacy! NO ONE should have to go through a maze just to get a pharmacist or tech to speak to about his/her prescription.

Worst pharmacy in the world. The staff who handle drop off and pick ups on late mornings have no idea what they’re doing. I was covered in the past for all prescriptions with them and my insurance. I gave them both my insurance card and cvs pharmacy card. The guys at the drop off do not know how to check and run peoples insurance cards or cvs prescription cards. I had to go out of my way and ask to speak to a manger over the phone at the store. She was the only person who knew how to run a cvs prescription card or insurance card. It wasted over 40 minutes of my time. She apologized by saying that the employees are new but o fixed it. If they’re new then train them. I’ve seen the same ones there the last 3-4 months. Terrible service!!

The experience at this CVS is a little less impersonal. I guess they're not really that invested in the community. The atmosphere is business as usual.

Trying to get customer service for pharmacy was a nightmare. Called 2 x and no matter what was unable to get a human! Kept getting lost in the automated voice mail. Soooo frustrating !
