Most shoes in store are not actually real leather, Doc Martins are not the original better made from England. They sell the ones made in Vietnam but they still want to charge a higher price. Better selection online but still quality is not as good as it was about 10 years ago.

I ordered my sneakers online. Took me a month to receive my sneaker not dsw s fault but fed ex transit lost my package .They reissued my sneakers . Next time I'll just goto the store and purchase . Love my sneakers .

First time ordering from DSW. They shipped me a totally different shoe than what I had ordered. The shoes were for a special event the next evening. I told them I wanted them to overnight the correct shoes but they refused! They said they might not get there in time. I agree they might not, but I told them I would think positively about that and insisted again they overnight them but they still would not do it! I also told them I wanted a free return label to return the wrong shoes. She beat around the bush with that and finally e-mailed me a prepaid label. I will have to check my credit card statement because I don’t trust them not to charge me. She didn’t seem to understand. By the way, this all took 25 minutes on the phone! I plan to stick with Zappos from now on. I do not recommend DSW.
