Booking my storage unit on the phone was the easy part. When arriving at the facility, it was Nicole, the store manager, who made the rest of the process go smoothly. She took the time to show me where my unit was and how the lock worked. Not only was Nicole personable and knowledgeable, she made me feel like she valued me not only as a customer but as family. I highly recommend working with Nicole.

Moved out today! Nicole has made this place & experience nothing short of amazing for me. Unit was clean and I felt safe entering & leaving the facility. I would highly recommend and I’ll be back, should I ever need a storage unit again!

I had an excellent experience booking my storage space thanks to Nicole, the store manager. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. Nicole made the entire process quick and easy, and her friendly, welcoming attitude made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely committed to great service, and she truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend working with Nicole if you need storage—she’ll make sure you’re well taken care of!

Nicole and Christian were very helpful in getting us set up. Just started loading the unit and all seems clean and well run. Rate seems in line with other facilities nearby but will report back in a few months to see if the complaints about rate increases are valid.
