Sales associate was super helpful and ordered the size they didn't have in stock. Footlocker arbitrarily canceled the order and did not notify us by email or any other way.

No wide sizes, no sizes in the shoe I asked about.
Sales associate didn't even bring another shoe in the brand/sizes I asked about after I said I was looking to check out the fit and could figure out the details/color later. Just came back empty handed.
Does this store even want to sell shoes? 😂

Recently visited the store , it was clean and organized. When I walked in I was greeted by the workers by the door I came in with 2 bags from H&M due to me shopping in the mall and my son . The workers that greeted me looked at my bags then me . They asked if they could help me I said yes the kids section where they directed me to . While in the kids section I was looking at the shoes trying to figure out which one my child liked I had two different workers come up to me asking if I needed help with anything I said not yet . One of the workers stood close by so when I found a shoe my son liked I asked if they had it in the size worker checked on her pad and they didn’t have to size , I looked at another shoe and asked another worker about a size they didn’t have that size so at moment there was t another shoe I liked so I walked over to women’s to check to see if there’s anything I like I didn’t see anything then decided to leave while I was leaving the workers that assisted me and the workers at the door all came to the door while I was walking out . I wasn’t sure what that was about so I smiled and said have a great day I looked behind and one of the workers were trying to look into my bag ( I’m guessing to see if I was stealing ) . During my stay I felt very uncomfortable, I felt like I was being stereotyped not sure if it was because I had a bag or because I was black . I actually love shopping at footlocker and always make purchases for my son at footlocker . I’m not going to lie this situation made me look at footlocker differently I won’t say I’d never come back but foot locker will be my last resort please do better and train your employees.

5-6 employees but all they do is look at you and walk around. Do they expect customers to go to the back and get their own shoes ??? Smh

Had my kids and nephew shopping today while we were elsewhere in the store. They kicked them out for being without patents while letting other kids come I without question. Be leery if you’re a brown kid.
