This company really needs to just go bankrupt and get it over already. So many bad practices and poorly staffed.They pay their staff worse than most retailers and it shows. That's why there's usually nothing but younger inexperienced managers working there. Most items are way less expensive at other retailers and Amazon. I stopped shopping there for a year and decided to take a chance again. Ended up leaving and making my purchase on Amazon while in the store. I saved $40 by doing so. The manager on duty was younger and lacked customer service skills. I almost made a trade in and purchase but decided to keep my items and just shop on Amazon.

Just went in to do a 45 second transaction , buy a Nintendo switch and few games for my daughter . Had a customer in there trading in stuff . That’s cool and that’s what the store is for I totally get it but he said to the lady I need 10 minutes to plug in the hand held systems so they can turn on and be checked . At that point his que to address me since I made it clear what I was looking for . This would have took 45 seconds and he would have been in the process of multi tasking customers bringing in profit to the store as he gave cash to another customer . Still I said nothing and continues to wait . Now I’m 30 minutes in at this point . Another customer walks in and he tells first customer he need 5 minutes to open safe to get cash . Second opportunity to handle my needs and get me out in 45 seconds . Instead he starts with the second customer that walks in . He then goes to the safe to get the money for first customer and I wait cause I think I was seeing things when he started with the second customer that walked in 40 minutes after me at this point . He comes back gives customer 1 her money and proceeds to take care of customer 3 since I’m customer 2 . At this point I walked out and over to target and spent over $500 on my daughter . Get better staff at my job I would have been replaced no questions asked . Unexceptionable and I kept my cool so not to act out of character in front of my daughter and others children .

This GameStop store should be the role model store for entire GameStop franchise. His sheer passion for games and ability to help and educate customers is far superior. Particularly Store Manager Lucas. HE IS THE BEST!! He will go above and beyond. Visiting this store is an experience.

Had a great experience here earlier today! For context: I got a used Xbox One X at another GameStop that had an insane amount of technical issues. To the point that there was no display and it shut down after a minute on its own without overheating being a factor.
So I arrived at this location since they had more One Xes that I could replace it with. The manager was super helpful with replacing my device and gave me some extra perks for the inconvences I had to deal with. I wish all GameStops were like this one.

Staff are great and friendly so that's a plus! but the store needs a little tidy up and organization. Seems a bit run down.

Do not recommended this gamestop, employees do not know how to handle any sort volume in the store. Over 40 min wait just do do any sort of transaction. Would recommended another gamestop

Don't know his name other than him being a tall thin gentleman. He was super friendly and helpful with the purchase of a new elite series controller for our Xbox. Great customer service!

Worst customer service. The employees gave an absolute disgusting attitude. My friend and I was just trying to buy game and use my gift card but the dude at the register said the max gift card I could use is a 25-dollar gift card from GameStop. Never heard of this policy. I always used 50-to-100-dollar GameStop gift cards in another store. Worst experience I have ever had in any GameStop store.
