“I have a rather long post but it’s important that I let everyone know my experience with Michael. I have posted on sublimation help sites but I have never been able to get real assistance. I found a sublimation page on FB by accident and I’m thrilled I did. I bought my Sawgrass SG 500 a few months ago from Swing Design. I have never been able to get it to print correctly no matter how many online sessions I attended. I became super frustrated after spending so much money without any good results and could never speak with a live human either. That is until I came into contact with @michaelKaminsky. Side note-Additionally, I needed ink - the printer continues to use ink even when not using it to keep it from sitting too long. He sent me his number and believe me I’ve used it. Several times. In fact I’m his Texas bestie. He has waslked me through getting a good print even though it was his USB- not wifi (still working on that). I highly recommend using @michaelkaminsky for your supplies and tech support. Thank you Michael.Now to get the wifi working on my MacBook Pro.”

“They are located in Somerset downtown area with lots of other shops and food near by. Cant take pictures inside. They have some good smelling incense and a large selection of candles. They also have altars which I have not seen at many other metaphysical shops. They sell vaping products and herbals.”

“My mother needed a car phone holder. There are way to many choices online and I was feeling confused so when walking beautiful Somerville I stopped in this shop to find one. The employee was helpful and knowledgeable and there were several different types of phone holders. “pros: this is the best crystal place ive ever been to. They had all kinds of themes here including Disney. They also had a toy section which consisted of Funko pops and action figures. prices were reasonable and the quality was present CONS: The staff was nice but one lady was just pushing sales onto us. She kept trying to convince us to buy things which i'm not a fan of OVERALL: As long as you're not bothered by pushiness i highly suggest coming here for toys or mainly crystal figures”

“I placed an order for delivery and it arrived a day late. The store contacted me on the day of delivery and informed me of a mix-up. We explored possibilities but due to it being delivered to a business, I agreed to the next day. I contacted the store the next day (new delivery day) to follow-up and the driver was already on their way and to expect a little something. Moments later the delivery driver arrived and presented me with a small gift for the inconvenience. From the phone calls to the delivery, I experienced nothing but great customer service. Yeah, the delivery arrived late but I appreciated the communication and also- life happens! I would order here again.”

“I decided on Thursday to order a fruit arrangement to my wife and surprise her thinking that would be a great surprise unfortunately did not turn out that way. First when they dropped it off at my wife job at the bank just left it on top of the counter didn't even ask for my wife just left it there. Luckily one of her coworkers saw it there and was able to give it to my wife. Second the fruit arrangement was beautiful we ate some that night and saved the rest for the next day we put it in the refrigerator. The next day we took it out to eat it the morning omg let me start off by saying the fruit all went bad. Took a bite of the melon and had to spit out. Everything went bad and we had to throw it out didn't even last us a day. It smelled so bad we had to throw out the garbage Overall these experience was awful was my first time ordering from here will never order from here worst experience. Very unhappy with the situation.I just want to say that after this incident happened, the following day the store manager called me and asked me what happened and what my issue was. I explained to her what I wrote above and then she told me that she would be making a new arrangement with fresh fruit and she would deliver it herself. I am proud to say that even after this incident that I am going to use this location many more times when I need to. Thank you for reading.”
