Did a walk in about 915am they took me about 930am that was great, the woman who cut my hair was vwey rude rushing and did a lousy cut nit being a good experience at this shop, been there before a few times ,I'm not sure if I want to return with people working there,

I had the worst experience and I should have expressed my disappointment there which I didn’t.I got a simple haircut shorter length but my hair is clearly longer on one side compared to other side. The guy who was cutting my hair was very self obsessed and couldn’t stop talking about himself and his talents- he is s musician, trainer etc etc. my hair is messed up and I feel so unhappy with it. RIDICULOUS SERVICE. I pity all the other females working there.

At Great Clips Salon #1629 I would like to acknowledge Hair Stylist Alyssa who did such an awesome job on my hair. My hair style is not a very common hair style but that did not hinder Alyssa in any way. I loved the way she shaved the back bottom of my hair and I really loved the way she made the sharp angle going from side to side. She really is one of a kind. Please hold onto her.

I wouldn't recommend going there. Barbers are not attention to detailed while cutting hair. I timed my haircut this time. It took the barber 7 mins to cut my hair. She cut it too short. First 5 mins used trimmer and then scissor on top for another 2 mins and done. No styling. I could do better haircut at home.

This would be my last time coming to great clips Bridgewater. After sitting in the chair the woman who claimed to have 40 yrs of experience took the barber cape and place it on me. She began to buttons it around my neck. I could feel the wetness from the previous customer sweat around my neck. When I ask her why she did no put a paper strip to protect my neck. She said Oh we are all out- and pointed to the dispenser. She the called out loudly- does anyone have a strip. The reply came back No. She then took the hair clippers mounted the attachment on the device. I could see the previous customer grey hair still on it. I stopped her and said are you going to clean the blades -she became upset with my questioning. She we clean it once in the morning. I said WHAT!!. I said this should be cleaned between customers. She the took a can of germicidal spray and sprayed it down. I said to her why do I have to tell you to do this? She then said if you are not happy you can move to next chair( meaning you can be served by the next staff) in a dismissive way. I then kept quiet. After she made the first few pass through my hair I then ask her why did you say move to the next chair. She said you do no seem to be happy. I said it is not about being happy- you are providing a services to me and as someone who has a license to practice that service need to be of quality and high standard. She started to talk user her breath in an unprofessional way. I then said to her I do not want you to proceed and I moved over to the next chair. The second employee say the interaction and went out of her way to please me which was not necessary- all I wanted was a simple haircut.Clearly this salon needs staff development in handling customer experience. Next basic heath practices between servicing customers. Cleaning of equipment before servicing the next customer. This is basic training and heath practices. Having the basic supplies to prevent infection or transmission. Oh did I mention the first employee that serviced me was wearing a mask- hmmm protect yourself but not others???As a long time customer, I would no longer be going back there unless there is a restructuring of the heath practices and customer relations.Service: Haircut

I'm done with Great Clips.Been a customer my whole life, but just recently started picking up on their terrible hygiene practices.At this location, they apply Clippercide directly to your skin, rather than letting it dry (the bottle has first aid warnings and says it causes cancer. You're supposed to contact poison control after exposure, rinse 15 min, etc).Reached out to the owner through corporate, heard nothing back.At the Flemington location, they don't even wash razors or scissors between customers. Wonder how many people they've given lice...they used a hair covered razor on my head.

Had a great experience at the location. Was in and out quite quickly without a wait after online checkin early in the morning. Place was clean and service on the spot. Got a good clean cut which stood good later on as well

Giving it a 1 because Dennis was very nice but he cut my hair like absolute garbage. I said 2 on the sides and my hair got maybe a quarter of an inch cut and the rest is trimmed. When I gave my number, my last name came up as Rodriguez. That’s clearly not my last name. Would like to get my 27 dollars back and will be returning back until I decide to come back which will probably be a good while before I come back to any Great Clips location.

Barbers are very unprofessional.They start cutting my hair and then go run to the bathroom. Don't come here you'll be sorry, if you want great customer service this isn't the place for you.P.S. The barbers gave me backtalk when I was frustrated that my barber started cutting my hair and then ran to the bathroom. This place is wretched. Don't come here. They lost a long time customer. Save yourself and everyone you care about, this place deserves 0 stars. They have incredibly rude and ignorant associates who don't know a darn thing about customer service. If I was the HR, they'd been fired a long time ago.Service: Haircut

Went in for a haircut, and a male stylist drove us out of the establishment. We had some concerns about check-in, and the man exploded at us and made a dramatic show of storming out of the shop. He was about 6 ft, and maybe in his late 30s, early 40s. His female coworker (bless her heart) tried to take care of the situation, very professional and courteous... but he difenety made us feel unsafe with his unprofessional behavior. He definitely lost you guys 3 customers.
