Shout out to Home Depot for being VETERAN friendly with their 4 convenient veteran parking spaces. Oops I mean Lowes in Piscataway. This Home Depot had two measly spots and just like that they disappeared šš¤. Salute to Lowes ( not Home Depot š) for their continued support of our Veterans. Love their annual parking lot BBQ , raffle and giveaway for our Vets. Salute to Lowes in Pway!

The new checkout is horrible. No live cashiers. Camera in your face. No reason to go to home depot anymore. I hate it!

Window screen.. Order Number : H0947-379216
Waste of Money and Time .. wasted $500 plus amount in this store purchase.
I was looking for Good window screen option and Home Depot price looks competitive but buying from Home Depot is Big Mistake!!!
Home Depot team ask me to bring old window screen for measurements mentions thatās perfect way to do it so everything is perfect . I took all old screen at store of Bound Brook . home Depot expert ( so called which I donāt this after this experience) measure the dimensions and he only places order in store. I got 10 of them picked up . Firstly No one called me for pick up which I need to follow up and itās was seating in store for almost 10 Days. Now when I installed those in my windows..Only one screen out of 10 fit no gaps . All other 9 has huge gaps and it was falling out of windows when I tried to installed . Itās almost half of penny gaps.. I called store and explain situation.. I feel he was just finding excuses for not to talk or entertain complaint then he mentioned he will talk to manager and share me pictures.. after 30 mins he called and told as itās old purchase ( 2 months ) he canāt do anything and thatās manager told him ⦠He was not owning the mistake done by Home Depot expert about wrong measurements⦠and even didnāt bother about my complaint.. Not even inquire why Home Depot representative did wrong measurements.. and he just left me with my issue or complaint and I need to take that $500 plus cost on my and through all nets ..Will not buy even small screw from this store and Home Depot at all.. Frustrating waste of time and money. Donāt waste your time on this store

I shop at Home Depot a lot! This store has horrible customer service! I asked for assistance with getting down an item from a top shelf. When the associate scanned it, he said it couldnāt be sold. We asked to speak to the manager Mark Persaud, and he refused to come out to speak with us and had a young associate with no actual knowledge in policy, tell us it couldnāt be sold. When I asked for policy, nothing was provided to me. Instead I was told āthat would take some digging into.ā They had this item assembled and advertised on the sales floor too (a floor display model). Itās false advertising and someone in Home Depot didnāt do their job right and took their frustration out on the consumer. If you donāt want to sell an item, take it off the sales floor. If you want to have a pleasant shopping experience, Iād pass on this location

Self checkout is horrible, bring back the regular registers and give people an option. Forcing us all to use self checkout when you need help with a third of the stuff you buy is ridiculous.

Quick in and out for some specialty screws.
BUT, A BIG BUT, NOT IF YOU NEED A LOCKUP ITEM.
Don't be fooled by the QR code to get help. I scanned it and waited but help was no show and link suggested going to customer service. I did and they paged for help in the aisle where I waited and no one showed. After 30 minutes of time WASTED in hunted down an orange apron.
Customer service this is not!

I always come here. There are some good staff members but some of them need serious customer service training, particularly one older gentleman that was working in plumbing today (not sure if his name was Rich???). Asked if they carried a particular part I was looking for to fix my shower faucet, the guy looked at me like I was stupid and in a condescending manner told me I should replace the whole thing. So then I showed him the specific item on homedepot.com I was looking for which is much cheaper than replacing the whole thing. Again, with a condescending attitude, he told me "well if it's online, that means you buy it online!" (even though buying online just ships to the store, meaning it's pretty reasonable for me to ask if they might have it at the store - and in fact they do carry them at most HD stores but the guy couldn't be bothered to look it up for me). What a jerk.

The only negative thing I can ever say is that there is never enough staff on the floor. Sometimes an employee can get tied up helping someone else and you have to wait. Managers should get to the floor more often and help out.
