I had a terrible experience at Home Depot today. Before heading to the store, I checked online and confirmed that the product I needed was in stock. However, when I arrived and asked the paint associate for assistance, he was dismissive and unwilling to help. Even though the system showed 7 units in stock, he made no effort to look for the item and simply said, "If it’s not there, then it’s not there." When I politely asked for clarification, he rudely responded, “I’m working here, not you.” This level of unprofessionalism and rudeness is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Home Depot, and I feel compelled to share it. I ordered shelves from their store, which were not in stock at the time. I was assured they would arrive within a week and a half. It’s now been two weeks—well past the promised timeline—and the shelves are still not here.
To make matters worse, I drove an hour to the store only to find out they weren’t there, even though they were supposed to be “in transit” according to their system. This is not just inconvenient—it’s unacceptable. The lack of clear communication and reliability from Home Depot has completely shattered my trust in them.
I will never shop at Home Depot again, and I strongly advise others to avoid placing orders with them. If you value your time and money, go elsewhere

Came back for exchange.. lady just puttered around waiting for guy to come back from his car.. line was 4-5 deep.. everyone acting kinda dumb. They should hire pros like they used too

I had a very disappointing experience with the kitchen designer at Home Depot. The designer made multiple mistakes on the design of my kitchen cabinets, which ended up costing me an additional $2,000 on top of the $25,000 I already spent. The designer also did not provide full details or options for selecting cabinet designs and final touch-ups, which left me feeling uninformed and frustrated. Each time I asked questions or wanted to explore more options, the designer seemed irritated and unwilling to help. I highly recommend going to another Home Depot store or looking elsewhere for kitchen design services. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and stay away from this store's kitchen design center.

Loaded my 10 month old girl into one of the Home Depot shopping carts after outside and proceeded to head into the store. Once we entered the threshold of the door, the shopping cart locked up which jolted my baby. Unreal.

Sometimes helpful if you use online and pick up curbside. Don’t bother even asking for help inside. Only a few long term employees have any idea where anything is , and many of the short time, or college students on break don’t care about customers
